There are plenty of them around Marble Arch, Knightsbridge, Green Park, Notting Hill Gate, etc. I remember reading somewhere that the UK govt even called the police from Romania to sort them out.

What they do there is essentially steal anything that can be stolen, beg for money, sell fake Romanian gold rings, and do all other sorts of things to get some cash.

Many sell flowers. But the way they sell them is essentially pressuring you into buying. They know that most adults won't get involved with them but some young British girls who rarely or never had to talk with foreigners will.

I saw once a gypsy woman opposite Empire Casino asking two girls to buy a flower, but they didn't have £5 and asked if she could give change for £10. So the moment one girl took out a note, the gypsy simply grabbed it and left both girls standing speechless.

Just go to Leicester Square, take a sit somewhere and you'll see a lot of things going on...

I wouldn't go that far but I would do my research first before agreeing to getting an injectable. A number of years ago I had an anaesthetic prior to an op then more during it. The next day I lost my perfect vision and I needed reading glasses ever since. Yet if I need surgery ever again I will have anaesthetic again.
