I just get redirected back to the homepage even after manually typing in kaboodotcom/gb/calendar

I also don't get missions to collect thier relics. I think they have banned me from participation altogether for whatever reason despite not even making many casouts. I didn't get todays spins either after being able to get the previous few days, so I think they have patched me out of that now too :laugh:

Oh well.

Same. Were you trying to contact them about wagering carrying over from previous freespin bonuses despite zeroing out the balance too? I had ÂŁ198.40 to clear from today's received freespins, but wagering was coming from the ÂŁ84 I needed to clear yesterday despite failing that bonus and zeroing...sucks!

YES exactly the same. I have them suggestions that they need to fix these issues. Either get system to zero out old wager bonus when you hit 0 or make it possible for us to cancel a active bonus. I have 2 active now one with 194 and other with 27.

Well I sent a PM, they have today off so I hope they enjoy it. I busted out what I had anyway but it's something that really needs addressing. The forfeiting option shouldn't be too hard to implement into their site as almost every single casino out there has this option and it would not only make it easier for us to cancel previous bonuses but it would save them a few headaches of people going to live chat to enquire about it ;)
 
I agree cmon Trada get your act together and zero those old outstanding bonuses..I couldn't find anywhere to cancel them..why not ?
Also far too high wagering ..and I don't know why you bother having a mobile service because its dreadfully slow ..the windows are too close together ..and pages take ages to change and sometimes freeze

Hey guys,

Our tech team has been made aware of this issue and we're currently looking into a solution for it.
Personally, the ability to cancel a bonus on the players side sounds like an interesting idea, and I'll be sure to bring it up with them :)

@writeon , regarding "the windows are too close together", I amn't too sure what you mean? Would you mind dropping me a PM with some more information on that?
