Videoslots did an offer today which was deposit £15 get 100 free spins on Fire Joker and had sent me an email about it this morning.I deposited the £15 and no spins were added,contacted live chat and was told terms had changed to 2x£10 deposits while not informing me and after I'd wagered my deposit and lost most of it. Really poor show from Videoslots and a complaint simply led to an email that simply cited 'technical difficulties' and was an excuse and not an answer.Shame on you Videoslots.

Would be nice if you stated things like the value of the spins like you do for sit'n'go battles, the minimum bet for Fire Joker is 0,05 so there was no reason for the player to believe otherwise but now you say it was 0,1 for those spins, but now it's 0,05 - I was waiting for today to get spins on Hugo but I don't think I'll be doing it as I feel like I already missed my chance for a better value for my money by not depositing yesterday. If yesterday's spins were at 0,1 cannot today's spins be like that too? Or at least can you tell us what the value of spins will be the next two days (though I have a feeling I know the answer and it's 0,05 again - though I'd like to be proven wrong)?
