I had the three boxes when I logged in (20% Win-Win-Chip) plus this under Rizk Insider. They ran the same promo last year already once.

EDIT: Could it be that they excluded the UK from the promo since all of you who didn't have the boxes are from the UK?

EDIT2: will link the @Captain Rizk to get his input.

Hey Harry, thank for letting everyone know. So the deal is that we have had problems with this promo for the uk. It concerns having to live by the letter of the law and that the promo with a multitude of different prizes means that in itself is very difficult to explain to players and still be compliant. Bottom line is that we are working on it but these days it is not so easy to give away "free shit" prizes even though we want to, . we are in consultation with the compliance teams and are working out a way to offer this to the uk players.

We think that this promo is beneficial to all players but we are battling with some exceptionally difficult and unforeseen regs that will allow us to do so.

Other casinos seem to give away 'free shit' prizes easily enough.
I genuinely don't understand the problem, if the terms are clear then there shouldn't be a problem, if they aren't then what are you saying, you are misleading players in other countries? Is there any reason you can't just have a page where the promo is explained and underneath a list of the T&C's for each type of prize? That would surely be 100% compliant wouldn't it?

I've noticed that the William Hill scratchcard gives similar offers to everyone each day but different amounts. Is that just luck or depends on how much you've spent with them or what?

Don't casinos now have to list all the prizes and, more importantly, the odds of winning each prize?

I got a similar kind of offer the other day, can't remember where from. But all the odds were listed as a percentage chance in the promo T&C.
IIRC the top prize of only 100 free spins was something like 0.001% chance.

Maybe this is proving embarrassing to Rizk :rolleyes::rolleyes:;);)

I keep pumping them into gaelic luck because it claims 97.06% rtp. feels like the max win is 10x though lol

Until 5pm uk time, there should right now also be another promotion on the same page next to it saying "free spins live" . They are live for one hour.
If it shows that they are live, then click on it and accept it. You have to accept before being presented with eligable games.

Thats wierd then mate. That "daily free spins" in your picture is advertisedin the promotions page 24hours a day everyday. Only for randomly selected hour per day between 4-10pm (as it sais in the terms) will there then also appear another box/advertisement saying that the "free spins are live", depending on the hour of the day they decide to offer them.
I assumed all eligable countries will get the same daily hour where we can accept/activate the spins. I can click on the "go to" button now, but it wont do anything either. Its a new box that appears when they are actually available.
Maybe go onto live chat and unleash some fury ;)
 
No i think i know what coming then its Landbased offers same at Unibet everytime Great Britain / Ireland etc get Freespins but GER / NL not because that are different Markets haha user is User Money is Money in Pound or € they should get happy wiith the spins no more wasting time for that i tryed to often ^^
