I have just managed to use my £2 bonus on rainbow riches from other day at slot planet they seem to remove games when they give things out.

Last year I was sent an email offering 10 wager free spins on a 50p per spin progressive game at Ladbrokes only to find that over the 3 days the offer was open for the game was not available. This was at Easter too. The slot was available to play at all other casinos without issue. Within hours of the promo ending the slot was restored. The UKGC and all other bodies where simply not interested in looking at it. I see it as a very shady way of increasing traffic while minimising their liabilities.

Yes it was at Ladbrokes. I edited the post to highlight that,thanks mate. I did create a stink. Not out of greed but out of principle. It got nowhere in itself but funnily enough I soon received a few nice offers from them that resulted in a few good cashouts after. Funny that!

Well so far its a bit of a nightmare. Apparently my last deposit was too long ago to be able to withdraw to my card (it was a few months I think) so have to deposit to withdraw. She said I can use bank transfer or trustly that take 8-10 working days (even though trustly is instant) so used trustly then got a 404 page at the end, withdrawal is pending but no idea if it went through trustly's system correctly!
Casumo offered me a 50% deposit bonus.

So they are in effect conning people, they know that the free spins won't work so kindly swap the bonus for any play on any slot and get you playing on the games.

I've never known them take that long tbh. They usually process and send withdrawals the next morning after requested.
