Try it out from mobile mate :) Or else clear cache etc history and try re login to account or try different browser. Or last contact their support ;)

Thanks for tip! Tried it from mobile,desktop, chrome, firefox, cleared cache and so! But nope. Have contacted support but they couldn´t help me. They sent it to tech a few days ago. But havent heard from them yet about the error im getting! Just curious if anyone else has this prob :)

Are you verified there?

I wasn't being credited winnings from the Golden chips for 3 days straight and they thought it was a technical issue at first.

They did eventually sort it out and credited what was due after verification. Perhaps the same thing for freespins?

I won ÂŁ2 on bonanza with the latest william hill scratchcard thing, this morning. I had numerous bonus's (gold) drop in, balance shot up... then
i hit the wagering requirement and balance dropped to ÂŁ20 (the max), great i thought! continued playing.. gave me nothing until it ran out 10
minutes later. :laugh:

I got nowhere tonight, doesn't matter what I play I just can't get anywhere - It's got that bad that if things don't improve by the end of this month I am closing my remaining online accounts, come on 4.5 months without a decent win is enough to put anyone off for a lifetime. :)

Sadly mine were only worth 10p each. I blasted through my ÂŁ5 and won 8p. Then a super huge 22p from my free spins . Oh well, was worth a try thank you x

Must be account specific as my gf also only 10p.
Tbh didn't know game can pay that good most I won on bonus Round in past was 5 quid. This was base game win. Odd. Btw willhill have bet 10 get 5 bonus on any game promo.heads up for people
