I am surprised that Rizk have not revamped their bonus system after the amount of comments made about their wheel. I like Rizk and the Captain but there is not a modicum of excitement to be had from levelling up :(
 
Hate to clog this thread up without any free spin offer, But be warned! I received a email from Vera & John last week accusing me of bonus abuse. Just for simply logging in daily to collect the login coins. I had been doing this since i joined there and apparently they now even have it i there ts and cs. Basically i was told i can only do it twice per week. Else any money won after wagering may be voided. It states that unless you have deposited within the past 2 months then these rules will apply. I don't deposit there any more because there offers suck compared to most. So the moral of the story is try not to login there to much. Hope this prevents someone from getting burned. Take care guys!

I doubt that I have deposited there for the past two years. I log in when I can be arsed solely in order to collect the log in points so I guess I've just dodged the bullet so far :D

There really isn't any draw to the site for me, except the slot selection and great support team, besides the crap wheel I honestly can't remember ever receiving any bonus offers. I certainly never find any in my rewards section or emails? :confused: It's a shame the loyalty scheme (or lack of one) lets them down. :rolleyes:

In his defence (whoever the Captain is!?) I did receive £100 in the Christmas promo - day 2 I believe!? I graciously thanked them in two threads here though... :thumbsup:

I'm level 27, and had a similar though maybe slightly better experience of the wheel! :D Most of my wheel spins have been 5 fs, and usually they give nothing. Fair enough its abit of fun
and a bit gimmicky i guess, but it would be nice to get more of an 'oooooh' what am I gonna get , something nice. Maybe if you only got one spin every 5 levels or something but it was a
much nicer surprise or surprises :)

Anyhow I've had 3 x 10fs, 2 x 15fs, 30 x 5fs, 1 x 10 mega fs & 2 double speed. I dont think i ever used the double speeds, most of the fs as i say gave me nothing, but the 10 mega free spins.
(can't remember what slot it gives you them in.. hmm.. i think it was the one with the 3 pigs/wolf) - that gave me about £25. (quickly gone shortly after again! lol).

I am level 50 at Rizk ... dont expect something new,youll have the same rewards over and over...

I'm not sure what the answer is - but imo they do need to address it, purely for player satisfaction/retention purposes. We all want to feel appreciated and valued as customers after all... :D

Unfortunately, as much as it's a great site otherwise (fab CS, game selection and layout), you have the likes of Sky Vegas / Will Hill / Ladbrokes and Betfair etc offering quite regular little freebies/ weekly FS / cashback promos etc - plus others like Royal Panda, Slotsmillion and Hippodrome etc offering regular (second chance type) deposit bonuses.

I feel a bit bad bashing them - but I want me some bloody megaspins goddammit! :mad: :laugh:

Like i said its mostly been the same thing (barring a couple of larger spin amounts and the one nice mega spins i got its almost all been 5fs , same as others). Not
expecting anything new or special the higher i get - but like already said, would be nice if that bit of 'excitement' could be got from spinning the wheel :) I like Rizk
either way, its one of very few I keep going back to. :) (though just to edit/add.. there is still probably a lot I haven't tried yet for one reason or another that may offer better free stuff etc)

Helen, I'd have been at a much, much higher level now had there been anything to tempt me to deposit more regularly. What's the best the Wheel has given you so far? xx

Edit - I'd almost prefer it if there was a chance of not winning anything on the wheel - at least the 'Rizk' of getting nothing would add an element of surprise. I even say 'Freeeeeee spins' before it lands :laugh: :laugh:

Haha. If i remember correctly, when I got to level 5 , it didn't trigger the mega wheel (or whatever its called when you hit every level 10) - as it says on the wheel
page they will even throw in this wheel at level 5. So i went to live chat to ask about it, they sorted it out with someone, and a little while later I got a spin of that
wheel. I was quite surprised i hit the 10 mega spins - more so that they were all dud apart from 2 i seem to remember. both giving around £25, so i was happy
with that, but it didn't last me long aftwards :laugh:
 
Funny enough, the level 5 wheel (the mega one they throw in as a special thing - that i had to ask for cause it didnt trigger), that looked different, with alot more bigger prizes/fs on it. When i hit 10, and then 20, I dont recall
those ones looking much different to a regular wheel - but its a few weeks since I hit level 20 so can't quite remember - but i do remember thinking that anyway at the time.

I'm level 233, and there is no difference.

However, I have noticed and I think other have confirmed this. If you only play low stakes you will most likely win just 5 freespins. However if you level up with higher stakes, say like 5 the wheel will change and have more superspins and mega spins added to it, and I beleive this is the case as I've done both before.
 
It's even worse on casumo . Half the time you reach a new level and it gives you nothing at all :confused: Well maybe a new coloured belt for your casumo character that you don't give two sh*ts about :D Those new levels aren't easy to reach either

LVbet has had the best rewards for me . Not trying to plug a casino but every spin of their wheel seems to have genuine prizes on it . One gave me 250 freespins and another a 50% reload bonus

Got an email from rizk earlier as it happens, something along the lines of "due to the constant whining from gillibean on cm this morning there are no more fees on deposits or withdrawals regardless of what payment method you use!"

I confirm this. Captain also said that. The wheel changes according to betsize. I think my average win from the wheel has been 1x - 2x my average bet, so 3 for 2 bet and 30 for 20 bet, although with high bets you get other perks, like cashback and random gifts.

I saw an improvement in the rewards when I got past level 400. The 5FS have been replaced with 10FS and mostly i get 3 or 10 Super Spins, sometimes 3 MegaSpins.

It is though so annoying when 3 Super Spins or Mega Spins regularly yield less than $1 in wins. With 5 or 10 FS the expectations and frustrations are much lower as you can't get much anyway. But it's every time soo disappointing when I do 10 spins at $3 on JH2 and end up with $0.60. :oops:

I think people who deposit the most get these, which is fair enough but why not just say that. I seldom deposit there now, the odd small deposit to test the waters, tis all.

willhill games section often has 20 + 20 (with 40x wagering) daily offers . ive had like 5 of those in past 2 weeks :p there are no restricted slots so its as good as it gets

if you can play on cadell those offer 75%-100% quite regularly (have 3 x 100% from their sites today). willhill vegas also has stake 10 get 10 with 30x wagering atm. ive been running horribly lately so right now i even have to chose which 100% bonus to get lol but if you can play on cadell sites plus william hill you should be set for now :oops:

As it happens I played on Rizk last night for about 3 hours and managed to get to level 30 for the super wheel.. it doesnt look too much different from the regular wheel
but for saying 'super wheel' on it, and there is a blue mega spins thrown in the mix, and a few more of those 'boxes' of spins (i assume). So out of all those, which one did
I land on? Yep, one of the only 3 regular single red spins! lol Although - it gave me 10 free spins instead of 5 this time! (and i won.....35p!) :D

Watch the 10x wagering as I just did this.
I recieved 75 spins for £25 deposit and win £24 from them so was shocked when I thought I had done the wagering only to find I had £744 to wager.
Although it said in the email that it was 10 times wagering, live chat were having none of it and said the email had been sent in error and that wagering was 30 times free spin wins.
Im raging and I won't be playing there again.
