This chat transcript is from the end of last week when we were all struggling to make any sort of contact with the staff at the casino. Let alone a name of someone who could throw a bone of a few spins in this particular promo.

There are so many top quality casinos out there who know how to look after their customers. The fact is that I had considered myself to be a loyal customer at ABC having had an account for at least 2 1/2 years, deposited several times and never withdrawn.

My issue is with the whole ethos of how they run, many different areas need addressing, and this was really the cherry on top of the cake. So I’m glad I’m out for good.
