This email is very sketchy and doesn't really tell me which ID to send and why would I be sending them my ID threw email if they can be uploaded threw my profile page at Tonybet, besides I had my last withdrawal from them on the 17 off July and I was fully verified at the time.

If you remember back to 17 off July Colin I sent you a PM about this promotion with a few questions as I found myself in a similar situation and went ahead and made a fully verified successful withdrawal.

This is definitely a case off slow pay we don't want to pay we would like to hang on to it for as much time as we possibly can tactic.

I can bitch and moan on this thread and am almost sure they will pay in the end.

It is a shame but sometimes it feels to good to be true over at Tonybet.

Edit to add: My Passport has run out on 29-06-2017 still thou it's a shame they do it this way as I have had withdrawals from a fair few casinos since 29/06/17 I guess those casinos were not on the look out not to pay.

Cheers, won 3.82€ from the FS and just withdrew 50€. Was up to around 80/100 but im more than happy with 50. :)

From my understanding 99% sure leovegas never has any capped winnings or restrictions on slots as they automatic block slots not allowed when playing with bonus funds.

Just make sure to make bets no higher than €5 might be bit higher but just to be on safe side. Then you should be good :) Check in your account balance how much wager you have :)

I noticed after my nine spins my wager was at 4% without taking a single spin at Leo Vegas.

I thought also that they had a percentage off the bonus balance which could be wagered on any one spin but they may have abandoned that since they have been around a little longer.

From my experience with them they are pretty trustworthy. It appears to me that most casino's pull this sort of delaying tactic when it comes to big wins from small deposits and more so from a freebie.

I have had an email exchange with them now and so far it has not been fruit-fall.

I'm giving them one last chance to reach out and make an effort.

It only comes down to them knowing who I am via picture ID and then I will be paid. (apparently.)

They are however hiding behind Terms and conditions and are basically giving me the middle finger.

The loyalty rewards have gone downhill recently. The freerolls are barely worth playing now, most games are 10p, can't remember the last time I saw a Jack Hammer 2 (50p) battle, battles now have 1000 or 2000 players, unless you're extremely lucky the best you will do is 50p in spins. Even with the increased numbers, at peak times they get full quickly, theres been a few times I've gone to play one half an hour after its started and couldn't get in :(. They seem to have decreased the number of battles too, quite often theres a 3 hour gap in the starting times.

I guess that Videoslots owe me nothing overall financially. I'm not sure if I am up or down over all there but for the hours of fun that I have had there I couldn't complain either way. I guess that I have lost about £400 there over the past 5/6 days?
But I have noticed a massive decline in the amount of free spins I win from the free rolls.Again it could be just me,but my experience since the qualifying changed has been that one week the free spins gained are negligible then the second week you get more placings. Is that so that those who don't deposit after qualifying get lured into sticking with the deal and deposit to qualify once more? I am sure that a lot of psychology goes into videoslots model

For me personally I have not deposited in over a week. The freeroll battles are no longer an incentive as 99.9% you don't get placed and when you do, the winnings from the free spins are buttons. I changed my strategy if the freeroll is not working for me then I don't deposit as my luck on the slots always seem to reflect my luck on the battles - works for me :D

I have a huge trust in Videoslots and in Dan and for that reason they have my loyalty. In most other casino's once your money has gone you can expect very little or nothing back in return. Every few hours the free rolls provide 2 weeks of entertainment if your not wishing or able to deposit anywhere plus there are all the other incentives. It is entertainment and there is nothing much in this life that you get for free so i'm happy to lose a certain amount from time to time there. But I think I am entitled to be pissed off with not getting those free spins of a Tuesday :(
 
Re videoslots

Careful with the jungle books free spins if u play on mobile ..I claimed them on mobile and page on my android crashed when i tried to load the slot and went to aw page to reload..so now can't play them on PC because I claimed them on mobile ..these high powered graphics are getting on my wick .and yes VS have now become tighter than DA.

It changed from one week qualification to two and they expanded the amount of entrants for every battle. They also removed the higher value races and replaced them with more 10p per spin slots. They also are missing out games altogether so there is a longer gap between battles from time to time.
Did you miss that? :eek:

The thing is that all of those new players that have been enticed in to the battles would not have a clue if it was better before so videoslots will not care about how the seasoned free roll players are finding it now. Like me I think most of those unhappy will simply except it anyhoo because the only other option is to walk away.
Dan argues that the free roll battles are free,but I still strongly disagree with that argument :eek2:

I hadn't realized it was over two weeks.

I don't normally get in these days at all where as in the past I could get in every week.

The fall of the £ against the Euro has made it something like 25% more difficult/costly to achieve five hundred euro's in wagering than at spring time last year. :(

I got a good tip for you load videoslots in your google chrome browser on pc desktop. Then press F12 and click in top right corner area will be smallish icons look like mobile or ipad etc then u will go into mobile mode and just f5 reload page and u can play it this way :)

I could have written this myself! Exactly my thoughts. I've struggled to get into battles of late, rarely place and on the two occasions I have in weeks - haven't made over 50p. I've also found I haven't wagered enough on two occasions. My deposits have been gone in double time... And as per another thread, I was finally offered a 100% bonus - with an annoying increment rule - so unless I now forfeit it (balance 0 /bonus £18) or deposit and wager another £360 - it leaves me ineligible to enter the normal free rollers, but more annoyingly the SNG free battles, which I'd deposited and wagered to be able to play. Not impressed.

That's not the case. We never moan at a freebie; we do however moan at 'freebies' that require an increasingly less obtainable wagering requirement and an increasing inability to access them or prosper from them... :thumbsup:

I think we have to be careful to be to negative towards videoslots or moan to much, as simply won't be long before they remove these tuesday free spins altogether.

What we have to remember is that they give out free spins with no wager requirements which not a lot casinos do anymore. Yes there is a requirement for their free rolls but mention many other casinos who even do anything extra freerolls and battles?

I am not trying to defend videoslots, but feel is just to much with all the moaning though i know you say never moan at a freebie :)

Well I for one am glad for the VS freerolls last night. The beauty of it is, yes 9 out of 10 times you will fail miserabley or win 5 freespins. The other 1 out of 10 you will get into the top 20 and get 20 freepins plus.

Of course it's shit when the game is 10p but 20 freespins on Book of Dead can yield really good results.

For only the 3rd time in 4 and a half years (or whenever the freerolls started, 2 or 3 maybe) I placed first on the Wonky Wabbits freeroll for 100 spins with a score of 208000 points.

I had this weird premonition beforehand too and I kept thinking in my head I was going to drop 5 wild symbols and with my last 10 spins it happened, really surreal.

Anyway with the 100 spins I won £38, which was pretty good. Went to Garden of Riches at 10p bets and won £87, and finally cashed out a ton. I say you can not beat that.

Rizk and their silly 10p freespins for levelling up is worse than Videoslots 10p slot battles in my opinion. On the battles you have the chance to win 100 of them. On rizk you win 20p and have virtually no chance of cashing out. Also Videoslots of course don't only have 10p battles exclusively, there's SOTS at 0.25 and of course Wonky Wabbit at 0.30. So I don't think it's as bad as peeps are a making out.

But if my opinion is going to start any fights I'll take it all back :D
