Yeah played that game the other day and it ripped my balance bonus paid 2x or something. Today I played a bit of DOA, Pimped, Aloha and Wild Wild West which gave me the cashout. Very lucky stroke as usually get nowhere with the free spins.

Welcome to the club. I haven't had any since they changed Tuesday FS for "selected players". Wonder what the criteria is? The spins were always limited to first 8000 players anyway, so they give out the same amount. But only to chosen ones.

An update on the above offer sent to me via Email. After 3 hours trying on and off I still have not been able to access them. live chat are useless. And now I am unable to open the section that the slot is located in. This has happened a few times before in the past when they offer a freebie. They just want to increase traffic in the hope that some will deposit

I have tried a few times and haven't been able to get in.

I found the slot under the "Slots" Tab, it was not under the tab that houses all the Playtech Games/Slots.

Just tried again. I recall getting an email a number of times offering free spins from Ladbrokes and never being able to take them. Live chat plead utter ignorance of an issue and keep you waiting for replies until you give up. I am sure it is a ploy to increase traffic and get folks to deposit. I don't rely on freebies but I hate feeling that I am getting conned into wasting my time.

I just get this.

I get same error, I wouldn't put anything past an online casino even the accredited ones.

Have 200 % match at Dr Vegas which is still accredited some how and it's best I don't touch that.

The Ladbrokes free spins offer stands for 48 hours. Jackpot Giants slot is a 50 line slot so for them to offer 10 wager free spins did seem very generous.
I will try it again tomorrow and if it still does not open then I will revisit live chat. Then I will take things from there as I believe its a con to increase traffic. Each live chat I have had today has claimed I am the first time that they have heard of an issue with accessing the game and I have saved all chat records.

I didn't receive the offer so I can't go threw chat nightmare to see if I'm the first player to have access issues to.

I have had deposit based wager free spins on this slot before and non deposit based free spins and made a couple off withdrawals on the two different occasions from memory.

The game normally pays something thanks to it's 50 lines and if you don't make much you can transfer to games to play the Novomatics at 10 Pence.

The game is still unavailable today. Chatted to CS 5 times now and not once did they give any explanation or even mention their tech team. I am so tempted to pursue this much further. Not because I need the free spins but because of their evident dodgy practices and their CS willingness to cover their arses. I have all live chats as well as emails and screen shots.

Live chat did offer me 10 free spins on a 20p per spin game with full wagering requirements as long as I abandoned my complaint.

Guess my reaction?

Again the FS are not the point, I could not agree more with your comment about getting traffic to their site in the hope that maybe 1 in 20 makes a deposit??

We need to unite and stand up to these 'dodgy' practices.

UKGC seem to be slowly but surely getting their act together, this sort of player unfriendly tactics is one of their main gripes.

I intend to see how things progress before I create a new OP to discuss this and any other dirty practices designed to create more traffic. In between the silences,stalling and bullshit from their live CS where nuggets of information that they didn't intend to reveal.

Ladbrokes CS have always been the worst of a bad bunch.

Did they change most of them when the dropped Microgaming a few years back, either way they were not much better then!

Look forward to the new OP but I feel your gonna be a busy man as I feel its becoming more and more each day a very sore subject for lots of players.

We need to put an end (in general not specific to any casino in particular) to being treated like idiots.

Definately address this with them, I have been also.
It's inherently not right, and needs to be sorted out in some way.

I've requested a manager/supervisor contact me..
I've deposited thousands there, easily 10k over the past 2 years.
I pointed this out in my email to them, stating that 10 free spins wager free on a game people can't play, was this to advertise you even more?.. or simply a error.
I've never had one single bonus or goodwill gesture, and in 2015 I deposited 2k a day, granted I was up on horse betting, but never got a thing back.
So naturally I take issue when something as trivial as a bogus 10 free spins is taken away Colin.
These kind of practices by casino's need to stop.

Live chat insisted that the game worked fine,that I must have an issue with my connectivity and that all 6 live help operators had not heard of an issue with the slot until I brought it to their attention. I too have lost a fair bit at the casino over time but neither that or the bloody free spins are the issue for me.
It is the manipulation of us players,the lies and deception on an organised scale that I take issue with.
I shall wait until I hear from them. Tomorrow is the deadline because according to their bumpf 48 hours is the maximum wait time for a response to an email. Then I intend to take this further.

Utter bullshit mate. The game didn't work for me either.
I'll also await the response I get.
In fairness when I deposited thousands and withdrew more I had zero issues, zero kyc checks and the money was in my bank within 3 days, and that's been over a period since 2015.
But as always it's the casino side of any site that proves problematic. As is here. The same with William hill and there totally lying bonus offers.

As Jono has said. The UKGC are beginning to show more concern in these matters than in the past. I will be like a dog with a bone because I knew from the first time I found that the game would not open that it was a con because it was not the first time they have done this to me. I have just walked away in the past.

Ha ha. I opened my account solely to play slots and I have never used the sports section. Guess what? My Coins have never moved either!

WOW just WOW. I played the 10 spins that was given by Royal Panda and i won "just" €1.40. I carried on playing and got lucky and balance up to around €30. Then played couple other slots and now just hit this !! It could had been so much more as i hit many combinations where i could had got close to full screen with wilds stacked on 2 reels. I tried out of badness, of course the game is unavailable. Progressive is still growing so it must be live at other casinos. Casinos sending out misleading or non existent promos don't phase me anymore, but the fact CS keeps lying to you is bothering.

I am yet to receive a response to my first email to them regarding this despite their claim to respond within 48 hours. I have opened a new thread for anyone interested and I am just going to leave contact with Ladbrokes until either they contact me or until Monday.
I am keeping a copy of all communication for the UKGC :thumbsup:
