I got confused myself , never made a sports bet online before. Though it would be more simple if they had one button with the words 'create acca' on it. i was adding games to betslip but yeah came up as singles, so i asked to CS if it will playout as an acca as the bonus required, or if i had to use multiples which was an option in the slip. Guy didnt answer that, doh, but the guy did change my bonus without me asking to an player loyalty bonus whereby i can bet singles or acca. Quite kind. Ended up putting 2 bet singles on spartak moscow and zurich, since the stake isnt included in winnings so no point betting for a pathetic return.
Im sure its simple, and hope someone who does sports bet at Betfair can chime in if reading this.

You just choose your selections which are added to the betslip and at the top of the betslip it gives you the options of singles or multiple bets.Click on Multiple bets and then below your selections you choose which multiple bet you want and put stake in that box,eg double,treble,patient,canadian,yankee etc.
