Just throwing it out there, but i wouldnt be suprised if some players, not just members but randoms who are read this thread without even being a member of CM are also checking in reguarely and trying some codes in hope of a freebie. It might contribute to many people claiming codes that wasnt meant for them, not to mention possibly on other forums,and if so, perhaps in this case trada have gone with the automated approach aka suspension since they (iirc) are generally quite player specific with rewards so id imagine have it happen frequently.
it is a fairly big world out there, so they say - havnt really got out my basement in a long time, so its pretty hard to know who is trying to use such codes in a deceitful/abusive way or who, like the case above, just made a genuine mistake between forum friends trying to help each other out.
A slap on the ass probably would have come across better ofc, possibly even taken with a bit of gratitude.
