In my head
Hey I was just wondering if anybody tried accessing the new Lucky Club Casino today? I tried entering my old username and was told to create a new account. It keeps asking for the state the player is in. I have tried and it still doesn't take it. I was just wondering if anybody else had any problems? Maybe it doesnt take US players?

I just logged in normally with my details i had before. I redeemed a free 25$ no deposit bonus as well.

By the way, all menus, bars, some sounds, etc.. are same with RTG, but the slots are all new, wtf!

Nice looking lobby and sweet graphics at all slots. Can someone give us more info, what software is this? half rtg half uknown? :D

There are lots of other threads around the forum about this already.
It's basically an RTG "spin off".
If I were a cynic, I would say this new platform has been specifically set up as a USA alternative to RTG so that RTG can exit the USA market and hopefully be allowed back in if/when regulation ever comes. In other words - the same Microgaming tried to do with their "Level 11" branding.
Good job I'm not a cynic really! :p

I'm a bit of a cynic myself, (hey I admit it). I tried the software in play mode and I almost feel bad about peeing on the parade but to me, it's just new rtg games re-branded as new software. I suppose there are several reasons for the re-branding but off the top of my head, I can come up with a few, one is that they want to get away from the negative rep that RTG has and also for the reasons you mentioned.

Anyone else having problems on the registration page of lucky club? I have put in my details three times and when i press 'create' the casino freezes and becomes unresponsive, I have to go into my task manager to close the casino. Its getting annoying now!

Hi, I am having the same issues trying to sign up as a new player. I am sure it will be a simple fix.

Hi anyone who received the 25$ no deposit code, who could be so friendly and send me code in an PM? As what i understand its the same code for all accounts. Reason is i have only received a 100% test drive emal from Lucky Club, but no no deposit chip :(

I have been told I can open new account trough a site, without getting any problems for duplicate accounts, as its new software anyway. But I just though i would try the code before opening a brand new account?

Update : Nevermind i have registered new account, or old account a bit confused. But from what I understand they will give you freebie in account when you login with old login, or they send it in email. I even hear rumours they send it by snail mail, but only 10$ ;)

One thing I noticed when I downloaded this one and Buzzluck, it comes up as RTG installer. So I am thinking RTG has to be apart of it somehow.

Yes its supposed to be RTG's new software platform. So expect all RTG's to be upgraded to this within next many months.
And maybe old and new games melted together. Like it happened with Microgaming.

Worked just fine for me this morning. Used my old player details and played for about 3 hrs. on a $25 free chip.

But I've got to agree with bb28, looks and feels like rebranded RTG games. Not finding the software 'New' at all. Actually seem like clones of the 'new' RTG games.
I tried using my old details but have no luck. I checked the website and it doesn't look like live chat is up yet which sucks. I don't know if I am just being picky but I would have thought they would have had live chat available, I tried emailing them but email was returned stating [email protected] is an unknown address.
If a new customer can actually create an account but since when you enter the state it doesn't work. Not a good start in my opinion:( So far I am not impressed. You would have think that at least they could get the main details worked out before launching!

Osulle, live chat is working or at least on the casino I downloaded this morning. I have a copy of the chat I had with them this am regarding the free chip terms. Kicker is that the chat email came from '[email protected]'. :D
I didn't see a live chat on their website only skype and I don't have skype. I can't log into my account to avail of the livechat there since thats my whole problem. I have sent a PM so hopefully that will help!

please the code for this free bonus?

You should not be asking for the code in the open forum. If you already have an account and have deposited before you should get the code. Otherwise, even if you can successfully claim the free chip your winnings might be voided because you werent invited to participate.

Ok, I used the $25 free chip, max cashout is 5x= $125.

But I am now in a catch 22

i can only cashout $125 max but my options for w/d are either a courier check or wire transfer. Both have a $30 fee and once I pay the $30 fee out of my allowed max of $125, I am below the allowable minimum for a Check which is $150 min. or Wire which is $100 min.

Chat doesn't know what to tell me to do............they are going to research it for me and send me an email. But they did acknowledge that since I had previously been verified by JPC/Lucky Club that I don't have to re-submit any documents for w/d.

We just have to figure out how I can withdraw the maximium, when the MINIMUM required for cashout is more than the max. allowed from the free chip.

My head is spinning.....

Make a deposit????
Bring your balance up to the minimum required.

I appreciate the suggestion and had thought of that, but adding money to it then triggers my having to play it through at least once. I dislike having to add money just to cash out.

Anyhow..................heard back from them and they will issue me a check after all. But the $30 dollar processing fee still applies, so I will net $90 from free chip. So I am happy to break the circle of confusion on this.

Now, check hasn't arrived yet, but I remain confident.

Thanks,
Diane

Sorry, bad math. I will net $95 from the free chip. Should arrive any day now via courier.

Although I have yet to withdraw

from the Genesys Group, my experience with their support has been excellent. Another member mentioned she liked their Video Poker and I totally agree. Also a variety of BJ offerings. IMO their classic slots are fun, I'm not real keen on their 5 reels.

One member here hit a the Dream Wheel progressive at Treasure Mile and she said she was paid like clockwork -- around $100,000. That's nothing to sneeze at ! :D

Free chip terms are confusing at this casino... it says Paigow is allowed for WR but there is no Paigow in the software??

Anyhow, good to hear that people are getting paid. I am off to try it out!

Sorry, I am confused ----- how did Treasure Mile/Genesys Group end up in the midst of a thread on the "new" Lucky Club? Is there some relationship between Lucky Club and Genesys and I am missing it?

Diane

No I'm confused

So now i'm confused. I keep getting emails from Lucky Club with free spins on my account and when I log in, its still the old lucky club with the same old games as before. Am I in a different world here, it is a figment of my imagination?

My Bad -- I was thinking of Lucky CREEK . . .

Update

I requested my cashout 10/25 and was approved Tuesday 11/1 by Lucky CLUB for courier check. Check arrived today, 48 hours after approval.

So far...............while I didn't like the delay from request to approval ------- approval to pay was fast.
Faster than JPC which I am still waiting to receive.

FWIW,

So I was able to use my old username/password to get into Lucky Club. A few days ago I had some $ in moneybookers and thought I'd give it a whirl. Couldn't log in, I kept getting the "You're already logged in" error. This morning I tried again, now the 'remember password' box is checked but even though the password is all asterisks, I can see that it's a much longer password than the one I chose. I unchecked the box, try to put in my password - nothing. I close the casino, reopen it, the box is checked again with that same long password. I click the 'forgot password' link, it sends me the password which is what I thought it was, I try again - nothing.

Repeat same sequence a billion times, then write an email to support and get no response.

I'm uninstalling.

I think they are still owned by Jackpot Capitol, because I requested sometime ago to have my accounts closed at JPC casinos. This casino comes out and I register, and guess what, it says I am not able to access my account please contact support. So if this is a new casino, what is up with that?

Hey Chayton, I am experiencing exactly the same thing so I wont bother writing on something that is identical. Only difference is I wont even bother calling support. Better depositing elsewhere.

The rep says they handle the support for the new owners, so it would depend on WHY you closed the other accounts. If they have you down as "problem gambler", this would mean any new account opened would be blocked straight away, as it should be. The connection is that they do the support, so have the data to hand, and it would be irresponsible not to protect a problem gambler if they had the means.

However, if this was not the reason for closing the account, they have probably been too "trigger happy" by putting it down to you being a problem gambler, even though you didn't indicate this when you asked for accounts to be closed.

This seems to be a common issue in the industry, where players who close accounts for other reasons sometimes find they end up flagged as "problem gambler", often on a software wide shared database. It seems best to uninstall and allow an account to go dormant, then the casino KNOWS it is down to you becoming dissatisfied with the service. I have loads of dormant accounts, but the only closed ones are casinos that have themselves closed, and possibly Crystal Palace after I told Mr Curran where he could shove his casino:D

I requested all my accounts to be closed with them because after several deposits at each one of their casinos I could not win or cashout. It has nothing to do with having a gambling problem. It was the last straw when they sent me a birthday free chip with an outrageous playthrough.

I have never had a problem with any other online casino, signing up just this one. So it is to me they share more than support. They must share data bases, and CSRs. I don't know but if they share a data base and CSRs, what else are they sharing? Makes you wonder.

It seems they have assumed that since you were not happy with RTG and JC promotions, you will be just as unhappy with NuWorks and the offers the new owners are giving out. It seems they are making this decision on behalf of the new owners, so who is REALLY calling the shots, the new owners, or JC group.

It looks like the new owners have simply handed their money over, and have told JC "you run it, and make all the decisions - we will just be happy with whatever you decide, and whatever return we get".

So should we stay clear of the "new" lucky club" ?

Looking for a couple of new places to play but sounds like lucky club isn't a good one?

please let me know your thoughts.

I won $125 on a $25 free chip, enjoyed the games and got paid by check within 48 hours of approval. I will go back.....I think it's fine, except for the annoying $30 processing fee for checks/wires.

But it was speedy and I am enjoying the novelty of the nuworks games.

FWIW,
