The McGurk Effect....strange.

I was YouTubing and I found a few videos that interested me for the evening...here is one of them.

It's where the brain overrides what you are actually hearing with what you are seeing...In this clip the guy is saying Bah Bah Bah the whole time...no matter what you see.

Interesting. This may be the reason I have a hard time watching dubbed movies in German. The lips don't match what the people are saying, so it's hard (for me) to understand. I don't have this problem watching a German film with the original soundtrack.
