Do they ever offer bonuses, besides the one that is on their main page?

I emailed them and asked them, and after a days wait (they customer service isn't that good) says that they cannot offer me any bonuses at this time.

I have deposited there between 6-10 times probably. (always at least $50 each time)

Is it that I am not a high roller? Or am I missing their bonuses, or is it they have none?

For instance I belong to a casino that has almost daily bonuses, all different kinds.

Also what about All Jackpots Casino?


I wanted to edit one more thing about The Gaming Club, they offer players who have never played there free money, what about members who deposit?
 
Ive deposited quite a bit there and still get there emails regularly. I just got one today actually. You should be getting them offers pretty soon, they usually have an offer every month or so. They offer them, check your emails.
 
Are you receiving ANY emails from Gaming Club? I ask because I receive maybe one a week. It has the same offer that you see on the homepage in the casino software but usually I receive another one with a different bonus offer. As far as All Jackpots casino, I usually get a snail mail offer for a match deposit or $20 free. Hope this helps. BTW, I usually deposit $300-$500 a month at Gaming Club and maybe $100-$200 at All Jackpots (Not always those amounts, some months more some less)
 
No, I don't receive any emails from them or All Jackpots (all though I did get that free $20 through snail mail like 6 months ago)...it's very weird considering I deposit at both. Maybe I'm not on their email list or got taken off, I have no idea.


What are the bonuses usually like? Always a match bonus?

Just an update on how good their customer service is....I emailed them early this afternoon and still haven't received a reply. I guess my money will be going elsewhere.

But you do get the offers in the casino homepage? Make sure the emails are not in your spam folder. I wish I could tell you why some people get email offers and some don't but I haven't a clue!:confused: I read on this forum of great offers that players get and I never do even though I play alot at that casino. Maybe they send it to the players that most often take the bonus? Just try emailing them again or calling them. Good luck!
