I have a question about The Gaming Club bonus.

I was so excited last night to finally be playing at a casino that has all my favorite slot games!

I deposit $50 and start playing, I didn't play very long, my money went fast, so I go to claim my bonus they have (buy 50 get 50) and run into this line...."Sign- Up Bonuses must be claimed within 72 hours of opening a Real Account."

Does that mean within 72 hours of my first time deposit or within 72 hours of just downloading and opening an account? Because if it's the latter, that means The Gaming Club offers no bonuses for first time depositers :what:

Also I don't understand how to keep track of this...."The sum total of the first single deposit and Sign-Up Bonus MUST be wagered twenty (20) times on Slots and/or Video Slots", do I literally have to use a pen and paper?

Thank you in advance.

The sign-up bonus should be available for first-time depositors although you must claim it within 72 hours after registering as a real money player. If its an auto bonus,it will either be given automatically or you have to fill in some simple details within their homepage promotions section ie account number, amount deposited etc. If however, you make your first deposit more than 72 hours after registration, they may not give you the bonus. If you are still not sure, contact their live support.

As for your second question, you can log in to their PLAYCHECK section where you will find the logs of all the games you played within the last 7 days. Due to the time needed for updating, there could be up to 4 hours delay. The arithmetic will be tedious if you want to calculate whether you have met the wagering requirements though as they do not have any excel function to add up your wagers.

I agree you should still get your bonus OK.
But remember the wagering requirement does not start until AFTER the bonus money hits your account. When joining new MG's you should always deposit then wait until you get the bonus before you start playing. (Hard sometimes - I know!)

And yes, pen & paper it is! Playcheck is a big heap of crap. Just write down how many spins & at what cost, then sum it all up. If you have Excel or something similar use that to make it easier.
Good luck!

Thank you ChuChu...I did call on the telephone and talked to a very nice gentleman (I forget his name) and he said he would put my claim through something, because I did get denied, and I should have it within an hour. That was about 45 minutes ago, so I will keep you posted.

Thank you KasinoKing...I did not know that, I thought I had to play through my original 50 first, then play with the bonus, and it would all be added together. DARN!!! Not that I ever win anyway :p I tried a pen and paper with another casino I visit and it took the fun away from playing :(

Are you sure about that? I tend to start playing as soon as i deposit and it may be several hours before the bonus is added. They do seem to count from when i start not from when the bonus is finally added and typically won't play much beyond WR met, per my own calculations. Never had a problem with that. T&C typically says something like 20x D&B, NOT 20x D&B after bonus is added.

JustPlay, do you use the Stat feature to track your wagering? This makes it somewhat easier. If you change the bet size, don't forget to reset the Stat.
Have you already played at those casinos that offer bonuses better than 20x or 20x but more than 100%. There's VegasCountry that offers 6x. Jackpot factory offers 20x but it's 150% and very fast cashouts; Fortune Lounge casinos offer 300% at 20x with less than 2 days cashouts.
Good luck.

It's been about 3 hours, still haven't received bonus, I called again and another very nice gentleman said it is usually 12-24 hours. He was putting a call to somewhere. I guess I will have to do some housework now :(

Managra...I don't even know what that feature is, can you all tell I am very new at this? :D Personally I like Golden Palace, I know there has been a lot of talk about them, I have never had a problem with them, but now they changed their setup, I haven't played since it's been changed. I'm wondering if it will be different now.

Stats is the button under Options, i.e. to the left of the betting buttons. Click on it and you will see the info it will give you. Relatively easy to keep track of the wagering yourself. It will give you the number of spins you did at the particular game you are playing at. Say you are playing Tomb Raider at $1.50 per spin. The Stats might say you have done 100 spins. So, then you know that you have wagered there $150. If you then up your bet to say $3.00, don't forget to reset the reset button so that you can track exactly how many spins you have at the new bets. Once you leave the game, you also lose that Stats info. So, don't forget to look at Stats before you leave the game.
Unless i have some issue with a casino, i never look at Playcheck as i don't feel like wading your pages and pages of stuff and clicking on Views and clicking some more. Stats has helped me to track WR quite accurately.

I think KK is right. If the casinos were to count the WRs as soon as you start playing, it would be very advantageous to the player. In Justplay's case, for example, if he had won before asking for the bonus,he might just have called it quits(of course I am only hypothesizing). If he had lost,he asks for the bonus and he would have already met a portion or all of his WRs and in the latter case may withdraw the bonus immediately.

On the bonus,it is usually credited to your account in about 24 hours. Just be patient.

As for Golden Palace,do you mean you havent played with them since they migrated to Playtech. If that's the case, you might not have a problem withdrawing your winnings since they already have your documents. I had a torrid time with them several years ago when it took forever to withdraw and eventually,I lost everything.

Managra...I wish I would have known that, I did it with a piece of paper and pen once, and it just took the fun out of the whole thing.

ChuChu...I'm a girl ;) Golden Palace has changed within the last week, they upgraded I think, or did something new, as I said I am very new to this, so I can't tell you exactly what they did... they added a few new games and the deposit page is different. I have only been playing there since November of last year. I seem to have more luck with their type of games for some reason.

I'll keep you guys posted

Chuchu, i'm not arguing with KK since he has wayyy more experience with casinos than i have. However, it does seem in my case that MG casinos have indeed counted wagering the moment i started playing. This makes sense since at MG you'll get that sign up bonus whether you want it or not.

In fact, sometimes i do NOT want the sign up bonus (or the lousy additional Neteller bonus) and email them accordingly. It's in those situations that i'll wait with play till they have acknowledged my email and agreed to not credit the bonus.

And oh, JustPlay, YOU ARE WELCOME!

DAMNIT!...sorry...I try and say thank you to everyone, I didn't mean to leave you out.

Thank you, I am going to use that feature when my account gets credited. :D

I am going to try that feature also as I didn't even know about it . Wherever I have played by wagering has always started when the bonus was added . I once had $2,900 worth of wagering before the bonus was added and it wasn't counted .

hi just play and welcome to the forum

From my experience the wagering with bellerock bonuses start with the deposit.. before the bonus is added.. which can take up to 72 hors but usually recieve them within 24 hours.. or a polite email does the trick ;)

But i recommend them as you will occaionally get other bonuses from them after you have signed up.

My only gripe with them is no flush facility

they do have an excellent rep here.. john from belle rock https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/bellerock.110/

He has helped me in the past.. and it was for an item i won on the auction.. so a big up from me to john :notworthy

Justplay,

Bonjour ma femme, Sorry to have used the wrong gender. Have you got the bonus credited to you yet? If so, good luck! I think Managra has devised an excellent method to calculate the WRs. I will try it myself next time. Come to this forum frequently. You will get plenty of concrete and useful information about online casinos especially with the likes of casinomeister, jetset, spearmaster, simmo and caruso present.

Managra,

Do you mind telling us which MG casino counts the WRs once you start playing. This will be favourable to newbies and even returning players.

Thank you Andy for the info....Does anyone ever wonder why it takes so long for a bonus to become active?

ChuChu...that's ok, when I play online billiards people always mistake me for a man too :D

12 hours and still counting....no bonus :(

Sorry, but i really don't remember which specific MG casinos count the WRs once you start playing before the bonus has been credited. However, besides Cryptos, the only casinos i have played are MG and i have tried out lots of them. I do read all their bonus T&Cs carefully before i deposit. Some of them say that your bonus will be added once you have wagered your deposit once. Most of them merely say that the bonus will be added within x hours.

If i DO want the bonus (and i decline them more and more) i start playing right away. Hmmm, i remember two specific ones now: Platinum Play and Desert Dollar. They have decent sign up bonus which translates into huge WR. In both cases i set to work right away and after a few hours the bonus was credited. I was so pleased to have seen it through and ending up with a nice profit, that i did not play another dime after that. Both sites confirmed that i had indeed met the WR and could withdraw.

In my mind, the Stat function is the only half decent way to track the WR at a MG casino. It's quite okay if you are doing well at a particular game and do hundreds of spins at it. It's a nuisance when you try out 10 spins here and 10spins there and find out all games are cold.

So, nowadays i'm waiting with play not for the bonus to be credited but to make sure the bonus is NOT credited. Why? I can have just fun playing without doing any bookkeeping, don't need to worry about playing disallowed games. Most importantly, i don't need to worry about a nice early profit vanishing mostly in thin air because i was still left with a ton of WR for a measly bonus.

DISCLAIMER: When in doubt, check with the casino. Don't rely on what worked okay for me as i may just have been lucky.

I received the bonus after talking to yet another very nice gentleman. That $50 doesn't last very long, I played for about an hour, I only play little bets too 45 cents or less, most of the time less. Maybe I should change my name to unlucky

I guess I will just stick to where I win :D

To "The Gaming Club"....You have very very friendly customer service, my conversations were lovely.

Managra...I forgot to use that feature (is there a "duh" smilie :p )

More the likely, you have also better ability to speak english too...:D

I'm not surprised about knowing more then the front line operators..Maybe they should demand they play the casino (For free) and learn some of the games, and such...

In some cases, the operators I dealt with understaood my question and said "Oh, the answer is this and then this and it's approved" wow, good deal (But it's rare) and so I trot along..Yep, lose my roll but then again, that's my choice...
