The Future Of Promotions?

Hi All,

BETAT Casino is no stranger to creating innovative features and ground breaking ideas such as their in-game bonus meter, the hot or cold feature, their Winagram promotion and the achievements program to mention but some.

For the past two months the casino has applied this approach to their monthly promotions and has created two unique to the industry promotions, the “summer open” august promotion and currently for September the “Blackbeard’s Treasure Hunt”.



As players we all seek excitement and a purpose while playing our favourite casino games and also a sense of fulfilment. Promotions such as the above are created with this in mind.

Be adventurous, take part and complete each stage of the map / course in order to progress further. Receive rewards for achieving each stage and go after the big prize at the end of the month.

first off i would like to say that there is already a seemingly good deal of fun in your offered promo's, but i have not really taken part in your casino yet, so i cannot really speak from experience, just from observing, and of course reading the feedback from various meister-members.

The most innovative promo i encountered, and also participated in was actually Redbet's FB promo, where there was a competition somewhat like the two above, but less focused on a wagering/deposit ratio, more so on "achieving" wins within certain parameters, and posting screenshots of those, in this case on FB. (but that could also be done somewhere on the Casino-site, or even here) Every qualifying participant got a reward for his attempts as soon as they passed a specific bar, i.e. completing 4 challenges of the 10 for that stage. Also if you qualified overall, there was a final set of "challenges" and the prizes in that last one were even better.
The prizes in this case were a set of free spins, accumulating per completed challenge, but this could also be cash or something material, like a twinkie, or a bag of beans

I really enjoyed that, and one of the biggest factors of it was that the challenges made me play a lot of games i normally don't even get to play, since i have my favorites and usually only play those.

I really would like to see more of these kind of promo's, and would certainly be joining them if i am aware of them!
So that would be my 2 pence worth.

Thank you very much for the feedback and the information provided.

It does sound like a cool promotion to be honest, and it also reminds me of our Outdated URL (Invalid) monthly promotion which we've been running for a few months but on a much more elaborate and fun scale.

The promotions are not actually focused on a wagering/deposit ratio in the conventional sense. They are more like "stages" player's get to enjoy throughout their monthly experience in order to arrive at the big prize in the end of the month, rewarding the most loyal players the highest by the end of it

I really loved your feedback though, and we will have a hard think how we can involve wins in a more fun and engaged manner than we have so far already.

I'm glad you're asking for feedback on your promotions, because to be honest, I've stayed away from the latest one, eventhough I'm sure it can be a fun challenge for some people.

These days, I pretty much only play slots, and I have my favorites, as I think most slot players do, and I like to change my betsizes a lot, which brings me directly to some of the promotions, built in to your game.

Forced slot games, and forced minimum bet sizes, doesn't appeal to me at all....actually those turned me right off, combined with the fact, that the "normal" slot deposit bonus could only be claimed after the second deposit of the month. Now that's all fine, but if it's a 100% bonus, and you have to make 2 deposits to claim it, I immediately think "NOT cool....why not just call it by it's correct 50% deposit bonus then" ? I realize that you don't have to make 2 deposits at a set amount to claim it, but you still have to make 2 deposits to claim it, which effectively makes it a lower % bonus than advertised in the promo.
Now since I don't want to play table games, I don't want to play the slots you picked for me, and I want to decide my bet sizes, I have no go at the main event, which would be the prize after completing all the stages, you can see where that puts me, in regards to your promo

To make it short....I like the good old deposit bonus, with a wagering requirement, easy math, and not feel like I'm being forced into anything. Maybe consider running something like that on the side ?

I must say, you make some valid points here. Much appreciated. The only way to improve things, is to listen to your players.

I have already forwarded your suggestions to the team responsible for the promotions and i am sure they will be taken into account for next months promotion.

I like the fact that the casino does in fact listen to players - originally, the promo focused on the SOTSS slots-, which in my opinion, is dead boring....then Igor listened, and altered the promo and added another slot to the mix, even though it didnt quite fall under the theme (TFROL)...sure, the promo does set certain slots as requirements, but the best part is...you dont have to take part in it if you dont like it...you can still take the deposit bonuses et c.
