Looks like the live chat staff have now assumed the role of manager. F**king quality!
 
I don't think that is really that uncommon. Many times I was fortunate enough to get Pat Harrison on live chat at 32Red, and I'm sure he had plenty of more important things to do. At 3Dice you can oftentimes get Enzo on chat..in fact, very often. I think some of them are wise enough to keep in touch with their customer base so that they can monitor more closely how things are running.

When I want to reach to aff. manager mostly I can' t. And when I don' t need, I see some reps online that asks if everthing i ok with the casino. You' re lucky.
 
Manager doesn't mean he is the Manager of the casino. He could just be the CSR manager or even just the shift manager.

Seems to me he's definitely the Casino manager. :)

The only 'funny' part I found in that chat was the fact that he miracuously found the documents after the OP gave a ticket number...:rolleyes:
