Worst than that. Last night I made a small dep at Golden Lounge to get the 50% wheel bonus. Claimed it, redirected to bank page, made the dep, returned to claim pop up nothing. I press the "already made the dep", claim, err. Again and again err. Close and reopen casino, err. The bloody thing didn't want to pay. After 10 min of trying I started playing. That is why I deposit, I want to play now, not a day later!!

Lost all in a min or 2. Chat sends you to 32red elaborate chat filter. Didn't hope for much, but didn't expect chat agent trying to convince me that a min dep of 50 is needed for the bonus wheel either.
After some more waist of time "sorry, you played the deposit, nothing I can do".
Well, if I wanted a bonus-less dep I would have made it at VS.
