Hello, a respected community that protects players from cheating by unscrupulous casinos. I ran into a problem and was advised on the forum to contact you for help.

The situation is as follows. I registered at Ducky Luck Casino and they themselves offered me a no deposit bonus. I gladly accepted it, fulfilled all the conditions and won 90 euros. I contacted support and they explained to me what should I do in order to get paid. Send them identity documents and make a deposit.

This immediately alerted me. Why would I make a deposit if I want to withdraw money? They explained to me that this is a standard procedure and that all players go through it and that I will receive my deposit along with the winnings. Gritting my teeth, I took this step, but something told me that this casino was somehow suspicious.

I did everything as I was told. I sent the documents, made a deposit. It took about a week, but the money was not paid to me. I contacted support. The support employee told me to send the documents again !!! I realized that the casino is deliberately delaying the time so as not to pay me the winnings. But I again sent them what they demanded. Some time passed and I was asked to send a selfie near my passport. I did everything and sent it away. Another week passed and I received an answer that my documents had been verified and that they were about to pay me.

But days and weeks and months passed. I periodically went to the support service where they lied sweetly to me that they are about to be paid. And after my next visit and indignation that they would not pay me, they just took and blocked my account. What did I get as a result? Wasted time, I sent my documents (possibly to scammers) and they stole a 25 euro deposit from me too. I ask for your help. I am sure that my case is not an isolated one and this is a casino in all likelihood, he does not pay winnings to people, but only deceives them into deposits.

Yes, this is standard procedure with Rival powered casinos. It is to help prove your identity, age and that you have a bank account.
I have asked my contact at the casino to look into this. Will report back when I hear their side of the story.

Same thing happened to me. I won $1500 usd, and another $700 and I was told to resend my information. The bank so far has not given me my money back because I willingly played even though I have shown them that not only did they not pay out after I met all requirements, but when I sent the email to the same email I sent documents to, it came back as non-deliverable. I even went a step further and took screenshots of all the transactions they have on their site for me and of course there was no accounting for my $1500 or $700 win, but luckily I took a picture when it happened to send to a friend.
