I'm all for credit where credit is due so here's a shout out.
Having experienced some big problems with verification process/customer service at Mr Green as detailed in a couple of recent threads, I would like to now state that since having talked on the phone extensively with Andrew Stewart in Mr Green Customer Services and then being referred to VIP team, I have now been treated with the utmost respect and generosity by the VIP personnel (namely Kate) and for that am very grateful.
Thanks also to Ali - the rep -for all he did in this process.
