Redeemed the same coupon this morning so I can say that CS was working at that time. Could be they are busy since this coupon has to be redeemed by hand.

Try again and hopefully you will get thru.

Thats funny, I never got one from High Noon and yet it was the main casino out of that group I used to play. I did get one from Club World ($50) blew me away since I've never actually played on that casino before .. lol! Didnt win a thing but it was fun, so thanks Club World :D

I didn't get an answer as to why they sent the email in the first place. They sent me an email for an offer I wasn't eligible for and didn't back it up. Not impressed.
 
It's very odd.

I got a nice $75 free chip from all star slots. Haven't deposited in years.

The other two CW casinos that I play regularly.....some match bonuses like any other week.

It seems CW see christmas as a marketing exercise to try and bring absent players back to the fold. IMO its misguided.

I did get some free spins+100% match promotions. It says that your winnings from the free spins are added to your cash balance and aren't deducted from a withdrawal.....however you can't withdraw anything at all until you meet WR on the match bonus. The only good thing is that WR is based only on the original deposit and bonus, so hitting something nice in the free spins (which you play first) can actually help you.

Nifty, they sent me an email with the title "Merry Christmas here is a $35 chip". Inside, there was a ND coupon code, my full name, my account name and the terms. When I tried to redeem the coupon, I was told to deposit money "before midnight" if I want to be eligible. That's a good step above "misguided" IMO. I don't want to accuse anyone but I would like an explanation from the CW rep. If they screwed up then he should say so.

This behaviour is not acceptable for an accredited casino. Its akin to enticing you to reverse your w/d with a bonus. In fact, I would say its even worse. Hope Bryan takes note of this when reviewing its accredited status.
 
The same thing happened to me... it's misleading advertising. Terrible behavior for an accredited casino.

They should not be sending customers that kind of offer when they have absolutely no intention in honoring what's stated. The email said "here is a little present; a completely free $35 chip" not make a deposit by midnight and receive a bonus $35 chip. Which would make the chip a deposit bonus not free as stated in the email.

I didn't get an answer as to why they sent the email either. Bad marketing, they are hoping to entice customers however in the process are turning them off.

Exactly the same with me, 50€ free at club world, can't redeem (@ club world Euro).

I've deposited a couple of times max iirc. Inetbet is my only RTG fix for when I want to lose my money fast :p
 
I closed all of my accounts at Club World because of garbage like this. Funny because not that long ago they were very generous with daily weekly and monthly VIP rewards. Sign of the times, but this is not good for customer relations.

So they cross promoted to you? Weird, I didn't think CWC did cross promoting. Not good for affiliates.
