had a nice couple of little wins the last 2 sundays,

they were both paid in my ac tues so well done to them,

i also noticed i seem to be able to flush and remove the money from the pending/reverse period at the weekends now

which is always a plus in my book,

maybe the ever helpful ian0 may give a little insight as to weather they changing there payment processing ,

Yes Butlers Bingo is a top notch casino The first time I ever deposited there I won. That's unheard of for me considering my luck Ian O's a real asset to the casino and this forum as his always happy to have a chat or help with any questions. I've been playing on my tablet but hearing about your success I'm seriously considering buying a new laptop just so I can have some spins there

Hi Dpp, and thanks for the shoutout.

We did indeed make a few more tweaks to the process recently, and so far things seem to be going well.

The change to daily processing (mon-fri) at 6am is here to stay which is good. We've also tweaked the process for e-wallets so they are generally quicker.

I know they are not popular, but a 24 hour 'pending' period was part of the changes too. As you rightly pointed out a quick word in Live chat (7 days a week 10am-10pm) will see that flushed for you if you dont want to be able to reverse it. Sadly we're still not processing requests at the weekend but I keep pushing for weekend WD's as a service and will let you know when I finlly get my way.

If anyone else ever has feedback on WD times that they'd like to share I'll be sure to pass on any suggestions and comments as always.
