I have to agree with you, Shihaam is doing a very good job.

I registered with them last Thursday and after a few deposits made it to a withdrawal. Sent in my documents immediately after registration but obviously my utility bills are in Thai language, so it took somewhat longer to process my cashin as a translation was needed.

Shihaam took over yesterday and has been working on it. Result is that the money just turned up in my Neteller account. Great job.

Contacted Mark/LuckyLefty, their CM rep here, as well and got from him as well a near instant reply.

So overall, very good first impression on their CS, will surely deposit again since they are still flushing withdrawals on request

Fastest Withdrawal for MG download casino

i have to say i am even more impressed today.

Made a second withdrawal at LUCKY247 today at 08.00am GMT. Emailed Shihaam to have it flushed and the money just hit my Neteller account at 11.46am GMT.

Less than 4 hours between withdrawal request and payment received is very impressive for MG download casinos.

yep, pretty good so far... i registered with Lucky247 as they still offer to flush withdrawals and after losing a 3K and 50% of a 4.25K withdrawal at 32RED in a matter of 2 days.... just can't keep doing that.

The funny thing is that both times i would reverse a smallish amount of 150-200$ and would start well and then suddenly have some really lousy run with superlow RTP with >500 spins without bonus rounds, highest was 811 spins until i hit 3 scatter, no good line pays and the rare bonus rounds paying only 10-30 x bet. And even funnier that both days i chose exactly that slot which wouldn't pay, really strange how tough my luck was. Changing slot didn't help either.

So reversing for me has not been good at all in the past weeks.

Managed to recover some of those losses from the reversals at 32RED in a good session last night and got now 3 withdrawals totaling 2250AU$ pending until tomorrow as i missed last nights deadline to have them paid with this afternoons batch.

I hope the reverse button will stay inactive today

One thing could be better live chat on there the only complaint I have about it .I waited a hour for someone to answer the chat .Been like it seen I joined one thing they need sorting out .I was told they have a high volume of people trying to live chat and that was the reason for the wait .Like it for a few days .Emails do get answer within a few hours I have to say .When I can get to chat they are very helpful:notworthy
