Finally my luck has changed for 2014.
Thanks to a thread on Casinomeister i found the LeoVegas Casino.

Yep Irish players are excluded from the free spins but not the Bonuses.1st bonus is 200 percent then 2nd 100 3rd 50 and 4th 25.

I have to say it has been a very lucky casino for me and have had 4 deposits and 5 withdrawals and i really do mean they are fast on payouts.
