As for the debate of who is being rude here - well, if you need to resort to abusing someone you don't even know with "go fuck yourself", I'd say you are the one being childish and offensive.

What is your problem? Why go to such lengths to publicize all of this? You seem to feel that a customer service rep is fair game to humiliate, but it's you who is being rude and out of line. And I'm sure that the CSR has had his fair share of crap from you - there are always two sides of the coin, so I wouldn't go throwing stones in a house of glass.Edited to add: How would you like it if the customer reps came here posting player chat logs bitching about rude customers? I'd bet we'd see waaay more postings from abused CSRs than from "abused" players. :rolleyes:


I think that CS at most casinos is being verbally abused regularly. And it is probably a big problem for many.

Online players usually don't have any physical contact with the people at customer support, and therefore its much more accepted among players to yell and complaint in those surroundings. Casinos becomes something unknown, just a name far away. Players often forgets that the CS in fact contains real and breathable people. I would like to see cheks79 tell somebody in the "real life" to "go fuck yourself". He would probably not do that to a person he hardly had spoken to before.

Another thing is, that some players may be addicted to gambling and they are almost always angry and hard to talk to after they have lost all of his or hers funds. Some players might be in big financial troubles and NEEDS to win. When they don't...well just blame the casino and abuse the CS. And you have those players who always complain. No matter what.

I think we shall respect those who works in CS. I would not have the patience to do such a job. I would probably tell most of the players to go fuck themselves :)

The CS cant even speak swedish and Im excused when it not my language...but often they answer with just a sentence...not even a big letter at start or a "." in the end...and not even "Hi" or so like all other serious casinos and companys use...their email program probably can do it for them...

And its not like I started my email conversations with:

"Hi,

Go fuck yourselves, I wonder about my withdrawal.... :) (..and so on)

Ive asked question about their newletter 6 month ago...it seem Im the only one wondering why there is only 3-4 Random Jackpots goin off each month from Jan 2010(last year).....when there have been around 7-13 Random Jackpots each and every month 7-8 years back...why is that? The ysay its "Random" and there are more new games now...but I dont buy that. There have always been new games and the pattern here is not "random"...just take a look at the lastest newletter... I guess they think bad of me wondering what is goin on and they cant let it go...that dont have the proffesinalsm to start neural in every email conversation. And believe it or not, ive blown tonnes of sunshine upp their ass over the years too..thanking them and sending screamshots....

I liked iNetBet, they have no withdrawal limit and are honest...which is most important...but still I dont think they should be immune to bad critism and this post it to them, they can have it. And I think they should come out from their glass bubble and re-new their casino and support. It has been the same for 100 years, nothing new. Well, enough for me now.

It would be quite interesting, IMO.

The reps could change/delete the persons name so no privacy violation issues come up.

I'm sure the reps would enjoy the opportunity to "vent" a bit here on Casinomeister... :)

That is not at all true. You will find many critics of iNetBet on Casinomeister, such as myself. I refuse to play at iNetBet until they get some decent player support happening. Email support is just not good enough.
 
I was away for over a year. Now that I decided to play a little again I naturally went first to inetbet. They had the best rep and fair terms for bonuses and withdrawals.

Anyways, I made a withdrawal and that's where the drama started. They have to reverify everything due to 'legislation'. I hooked up an old pc to use my scanner (not compatible with Win7) and send in the form. They don't like it and for no good reason.

The support is not what it used to be and it ruins the whole experience for me knowing what I'll have to deal with if/when it comes time to make a wdw. In the meantime I've played at two other casinos without any problem.

What legislation?

I know of NO legislation affecting casinos based in those "jurisdictions of convenience" that would oblige them to do any such thing, just as there are no "rights" for players when things go wrong.

iNetBet mean "POLICY" which is very different from "legislation". Clearly, the "policy" at the other two casinos is different, which would NOT be the case if this was really "legislation" imposed from above.

A previous case proved that the form they use is outdated, and the problem is likely to be that they wanted information NOT asked for on the form.

Rather than mess players around, UPDATE THE DAMN FORM!! so that all the information needed is catered for.
 
Some good points VWM but while it may indeed be policy -depending where a casino is licensed it could well be the upgraded AML legislation- especially if the OP is using new card or the account has been dormant since before the legislative changes.

This may not apply to the other casinos being played if they were licensed in another jurisdiction.

I though I would step in here to address the last few posts in order to avoid any confusion or misconceptions.

Soflat - I PM'ed you a few days back asking for your account details so I could look into your query. As of yet I have not received a reply.
As far as I can see we have no pending withdrawals from anyone in your state. There was one recent withdrawal form that area, which has now been processed, where a player did not fill in relevant details on their fax back form. They left out their address and withdrawal option details. I can only assume this was you but as I don't have your account details I cannot confirm. The withdrawal was processed as soon as the correct information was sent in.

VWM - We never mention anything to do with legislation when we ask for updated details. Accounts may ask for an updated FBF if the one on record is quite old. We have to keep these up to date to conform with processors KYC stipulations. No mention of "legislation" on our end - that was just the word Soflat chose to explain it.
In this particular case we did request anything not asked for on the form - just for it to be filled in correctly. So before pontificating about something it might be an idea to get all of the information.

I hope this clarifies things for people.

That is false. I put the term legislation in quotation marks because that was the term used by inetbet when they requested the new faxback form and docs.

And the inetbet site specifically states that the faxback form will only be required one time.

I could see maybe requesting a new id scan to make sure the player didn't change his/her identity or something. But asking someone to write their address on a form when it is on their id and on the previously submitted faxback form is silly.

It's all fine though. I've had some good luck and I received the wdw. It was more of a hassle than I expected, but it is a good outfit and I'm not holding this against them.
 
Seems like OP probably has a history of writing nasty and rude emails to service from the "you're always rude" response you got from CS.

I assume you probably have a habit of firing them off after you lose a deposit.

I dont recall Ive ever whined about losing a deposit, last time I write to inetbet was about a year ago (Feb 2010) asking questions and wondering about their Newsletter...and the fact that there was a very sudden drop on Random Jackpots winners...two months in a row...I already then saw something was strange...they replied about that wat its mean with "Random"...sometimes there is not so many winners..ok then, but then 6 months later I asked the same thing when each and every Newsletter showed 3-4 Random Jackpot winners instead of 7-15 Random Jackpot winners ech and every month for almost 10 years......well, then after 10-11 month with almost no Random jackpot winners I gave up asking what was wrong? I wonder what changed after Jan 2010...they also said there is more games now and that is a reason of less Random Jackpot winners...but I say there have always been new games...its not like there was 30 Real Series slot then suddenly there was 60 of them at Jan 2010...there have been 1-2 new slots each month...

I think the jackpot system got messed up then these slots with tiny Minor/Major jackpots were introduced...combined with decreased payouts for some reason...but I seem to be the only one playing inetbet since 10 years back and have read their all their Newsletters since that and have a decent memory??
