This post is to iNetBet and their rude incompetent support and all you guys that blow sunshine up iNetBet´s a** all the time.

I know many of you have encountered iNetBet´s rude support and total lack of grammar and spelling i their mails.

Here is how I finally had my account closed after being a member of 10 years depositing each and every month and cashing out alot sometimes.

I tried their free $3 chip for that new game and was lucky to make a withdrawal and I was so ecited I wanted to play more but the pending withdrawal was blocking me from deposit in the cashier so I wrote them this:

Hi,
I wanna make a deposit but I have pending withdrawal of $30 from that new game $3 chip.. Can you flush it or something so it dont block the deposit page in the cashier please? Account:******
Xxxxxxx

Usually they solve that by clear it som the deposit option become availeble again and the withdrawal payed the next day. But now they even processed it within a few minutes and showed up in my NETELLER account, GREAT! How nice!

Them I probably made some kind of mistake by emailing them this:

Hi again,
Wow, that was fast processing, is this always this fast these days like at
many other casinos or was it just because let me deposit again?

They replied with this:

????? I asked you to do something so the cashier would let me to make a deposit while I had a pending withdrawal, usually it will only aks me to revers any pending withdrawal, but you processed the withdrawal(which were even better) and I only wonder if you process all withdrawals that fast nowadays? And you have never been the fastest paying casino, all my withdrawals have been payed the next day or at least 15 hours later...there are many casino that offer real time withdrawal or instant withdrawals on request via mail or live support which you dont even have.
I asked the question because if you always pay within 5 minutes I would deposit alot more and more often...but maybe this was a one time thing to clear the cashier for me?
You must be the most rude support among al casinos, always thinking the player wanna harm you or insult you in some way!

You asked about a withdrawal and then promptly asked if it was because we want a deposit from you...how is that not rude.

I wrote back and a copy to to the manager:

You are just too much. How could I be rude when I already asked you to make it possible for me to deposit in the first mail? It was ME that wanted you to make it possible for ME to deposit which I couldn´t due to the pending withdrawal. And when you solved the problem so fast by cashing out the withdrawal I ofcoarse wondered it was that fast just to fulfill my wishes to make another deposit OR do you have faster payout service these days when I dont know cuase it was long time I made a withdrawal...and I said “like many other casinos” are impoving their payout service....how is that rude?? And “me insulting as I normally are??” Gee, you really got issues of some kind...

And you can forget that deposit I planned to do to continue playing that new exciting game...

I was chocked...and thought for a while...then I sent them another email... this one:

I will do you a favor, after have been a very loyal “insulting?” player for almost 10 years you can go f*** yourselves! (without the ***)

The manager replied within 1 minute:

...which I expected.

Im not sure what they mean with "Dear"...probably just to be rude and insulting to the end... I should wite back ans ask questions like they do about every possible deeper meaning behind different words...

By the way I have not been very rude...90% of my mails to them is about promos, bonsues or askign them to redeem my loyalty points when their loyalty points redeem page dont seem to forward my requests...

No other casino treat me like this even though I could be quite pissed sometimes, I have only good things to say about iNetBet except their support...but now they are history, there are some many other alternatives these days which are as good as iNetBet.

In this case, I think the player was the rudest.


You can probably ask them to flush anytime. So I don`t see your case.

I can really understand why they closed your account.

This was 2 weeks ago and the player(me) just asked a simple question and why would I be rude when Ive cashed out on a free chip and had it processed within 2 minutes? Read correct!

And the player have the right of being rude back when the player is happy and suddenly being called "insulting as you normally are" without notice....and then they talk bullcrap about "they have always been the fastest" and so on which is not true at all, they have NEVER been the fastest on withdrawals....their honest big brother Casino Extreme have always been there and been the fastest...probalby some more RTGs too.

Inetbet provided you with a HIGHER level of service than you requested and then accused them of ulterior motives.

The only one being rude and abusive in this situation, sunshine, is YOU.

Inetbet did the right thing by closing your account and giving you your just desserts.

Well you dont even see my case and its not way they closed my account, I pretty much did it myself as I wrote in the first post.

Case is that my happy email conversion at start with iNetBet takes an very ugly turn and its not me starting it, and its not me spreading totally false information like they do. They are lie a bunch of 8 year olds living in a bubble think they are the best, fasted paying always...they dont even have live support or even basic email support for a couple of hours each day...

And Nifty and I rude for asking if they have got faster payout service? I hoped for an aswer like: Yes, whe nhave upgraded our service for faster payouts now" or something like that or "No, we just made this quick cashout to clear the cashier as you wished"...is it so hard?

In my first mail I showed them my intensions of wanting to make a deposit...then they say Im "insulting"...how could I be insulting for asking them to let me deposit with my own money??? LMFAO!!
A simple "YES" would satisfiy me when asking them if they made the fast payout to clear the cashier...then I know it was a one-time thing and not a new better serivice... Nono...instead they almost sue me for having other deeper intensions of some kind that is negative to them....

I've had instances at iNetBet (and CW and JC) where my withdrawal is processed within minutes, other times it's the next day. I think it's got more to do with what time the withdrawal is made - if you happen to get it in right before they're doing the next batch of withdrawals, it goes through really quickly - if you withdraw right after they've just done it then you have to wait for the next batch. Or it seems like that anyhow....

The casino provided an almost-instant cashout and from the email contents it was you who started a negative attitude. What would you say if you would have to wait 20 minutes in live chat and experience an extended waiting time or if you spoke to non-cooperative chat representatives? I strongly dislike amateurish casino supports, but in this case the casino seems quite ok to me.

chayton, yes you could be right there...first time for on 10 year then but the first time gotta be the first time sometime.. :) Still, my simple question about it couldn´t be that harmful? And I had withdrawals that have taken more than 24 hours with them and then 5 minutes ofcoarse justify that question. Since I liked the casino but tend to play 90% of my deposits at fastpaying casino I for sure would deposit more if their payout service had been upgraded...but instead there will be $0 in future deposits.

I really think that u were beeing the rude on in your emails, but that is just MY opinion!!
Also the reply that u got saying something like "that u are beeing rude again" tells us that it was not the first time.

Inetbet is of the best out there - in my opinion!!!

I see nothing wrong with the OP's first email to Inetbet. And they fixed up a speedy withdrawal so he could again play.

Some months ago, a withdrawal of mine with Inetbet required an update of my verification. Fair enough, I did have a new credit card. I don't have a scanner, but I downloaded the faxback form and went out a couple of days later. I filled it in at the counter of the copy place, and had it scanned. Sent all docs as requested, and when I don't receive my withdrawal in the usual under a day, I contact support. At this point it's been a few days, but this is on my end, due to my need to go out to scan documents at my convenience.

I neglected to fill in my MB details, and I get a reply indicating this field is missing from my faxback. This withdrawal was not based on a Moneybooker's deposit. I emailed Inetbet back that my previous faxback in fact contained this, and I hoped they'd rely on that since I was anxious to deposit again. Heck, the last casino I won at is usually the first one to get a deposit. I honestly can't remember when I got paid, but it wasn't five minutes. I was just really happy they didn't make me wait days while I got out and spent more money to include the Moneybooker's account.

I think Inetbet's response to the OP was snippy. I'm not privy to to the lifetime correspondence between the parties, but even if the OP was very insulting, that's not appropriate for CS to remark upon.

I think the OP stepped way over that line in his last email to them. I applaud an employer that supports a policy of their employees to not have to tolerate such languange. I suspect ceks knew that was crossing a line.

But I also suspect that Inetbet's support taking every question personally accelerated all this.

It's worth noting that Inetbet paid the customer, even though they are refusing future custom.

Inetbet's email only support has flaws. But I think they show real integrity always.

Some of us have had run-ins with Alan, personally, I don't understand why InetBet keeps him. I chose to ignore the rude email he sent back to me, and opted to have my account closed instead. I figured they didn't need or want my business with the total lack of answering the question posed to them.

That aside, it still doesn't give another person the right to return verbal abuse. Two wrongs don't make a right. And from what the OP has posted in the rest of his posts in this thread, he doesn't seem to want the respect of the forum members here either.

That being said, I hope if this person continues to post here, his/her posts are more member-friendly than this one is...

As for the debate of who is being rude here - well, if you need to resort to abusing someone you don't even know with "go fuck yourself", I'd say you are the one being childish and offensive.

What is your problem? Why go to such lengths to publicize all of this? You seem to feel that a customer service rep is fair game to humiliate, but it's you who is being rude and out of line. And I'm sure that the CSR has had his fair share of crap from you - there are always two sides of the coin, so I wouldn't go throwing stones in a house of glass.

Edited to add: How would you like it if the customer reps came here posting player chat logs bitching about rude customers? I'd bet we'd see waaay more postings from abused CSRs than from "abused" players. :rolleyes:
