Contact live support.....I'm sure they have record of sending you this offer, and I think the code might be universal, not personalized...in any case I'm sure they'll give you the code..

Does anybody have problems cashing out at club world ? I want to use the ach method but in the past I never got any of my withdrawals at any of these casino's

Thanks club world. I have a friend that used the code at all 3 of their casinos without any issues. I think it is like the birthday bonuses they apply to all 3 of their groups. Cool hand I have never had any issues cashing out with club world.

...and that the promotions dept. doesn't work on weekends, so I'll have to wait till later today to find out what's going on.

Clubworld frowns on this. This is the reason they deactivated the last bonus offering due to too many trying to claim it that were not invited to participate in the bonus.

It didnt work for me when I tried to redeem it at Lucky Red but I did get a popup from support saying they needed to chat with me. This is when they said it could be used at all three, but they need to verify some info. for Lucky Red first. They were supposed to call me today but never did. I will follow up tonight to see what happens. Either way it is a good promotion in my book.
