Don't know if you all have seen this trailer yet but this looks like a
Great trailer for an HBO movie coming next month. Movie is based on a
recent true story of a Marine escorting the remains of a fellow Marine
home.

I can't watch shows like this anymore. My son was a Marine (been out since Nov.) and it is just too close to home. He served in Iraq and I can honestly say that was the worst time of my life. I lost my husband about 10 years ago and that was very bad but you deal and move on (sounds harsh but you do) but the constant fear that I had when he was over there, the absolute sense of helplessness was horrible. The day I watched him march across the field at Camp LeJuene when he came home was a wonderful day for me. That night was the first time I had slept all night in the whole time he was over there.

The United States of America owe these boys and we should all thank every soldier that we see.

Lord, I didn't mean to get on my soapbox. Sorry guys.

I absolutely agree and hope that these brave young guys continue to be treated at home with the respect they deserve for their service over there.

Surely the Iraqis have now been given sufficient time to get themselves organised and stand on their own.
