Not exactly news but seems Rival payment processing is getting even worse.

Requested withdrawal on 14/5. Contacted live support for the first time 19/5 to ask about the withdrawal. Get told they have processing issues, not a word is said about documents needed. Email support 21/5, no answer so far.

Again I contact live support on 24/5, get told I'm not paid because I haven't sent in documents. Of course I never got any request for documents but I did get several emails offering promotions. Send in documents, gets approved 25/5. Contaced live chat several times since then but no answers, seems they can't even be bothered coming up with more excuses anymore:

Sam: Hello and welcome to customer support, how may I help you today?
Me: Hello. I'm really wondering why I still haven't received my withdrawal
Sam: o really
(followed by 10 minutes of nothing)

On their website they state: With a NeTeller account you’ll obtain the funds you requested from the online casinos within six hours.
