I think the case is that you have been unlucky at the casino and it has
nothing to do with the actual casino or its software.
 :what:

Unless you can prove otherwise by submitting screenshots... Just like in court, the burden of proof falls on the plaintiff.

Am I the only one not getting this???
I can't see anything wrong / funny / illogical in the statement.

Hmmm, methinks I posted something not so humurous. I found it a bit funny, because I had told Royal Dice that I was no longer interested in playing there based on losing in over 70 sessions in a row. Thus I officially gave-up on Royal Dice a few months ago. The rep told me that it's just bad luck and to keep trying, but in those 70 sessions, I had only once made it above $200 (on various deposits and many bonuses varying $20-50 USD), and pretty much all the other times, went from (usually) $20 to zero in a matter of minutes. I was playing VP (JacksorBetter), and to me, it seemed as though it was impossible winning when you can't even get past being up by anything more than 20% of your starting credit. So, I let be known that I STILL was no longer interested going back based on those poor results. And you can say what you will, but I used to do VERY well there a couple years ago, so old habits die hard (or is it, you know where your bread is buttered?).

To me, the statement about the fact that my bad luck has nothing to do with the casino or the software is ridiculous. For the most part, it's the software AND the casino which plays a MASSIVE role in whether or not anyone EVER wins anything. To say otherwise, is to suggest that the player is solely responsible for winning or losing, and it has nothing to do with the casino or the software provider. That in itself, doesn't make any sense to me. Is there a feature at Royal Dice, wherein I can select my cards, and a MIC to tell the dealer what cards to deal and draw? The rep. saying that bad "luck" has NOTHING to do with the said reasons, is yes, quite illogical.

ok, how about ths one.

me: can you tell me the paytable for jacks or better VP?

support: you have to play to see the paytable.

me: can you tell me why the paytable listed at

jacksorbetter/info(on the site) isnt the one being used?

support: oh, thats a paytable that COULD be used.

I would like to contribute as well. Several years ago, while playing multi-player baccarat at a cryto casino,I noticed that the past statistics for the previous games played ie banker/player/tie differs greatly whenever you exit and then re-enter,no matter how short the time lapse is. So I tried an experiment, doing the same thing for nearly a dozen times with less than half a minute for each between exiting and re-entering. The statistics varied immensely from each other. I asked support the reasons for this and they said I was sent to a different multi-player table each time so the stats varied. I said that I saw the same players there all the time and the support then told me they must have switched tables. Unless the other players were doing the same thing as me,this doesnt make any sense. Never mind,I finally gave up playing baccarat there. Just couldnt trust them.

The wonders of out sourcing support.

I had a stunner this morning:

Cryptologic sent a pin number by seapost (it took 6 weeks to arrive at my address, by which time I moved).

I finally got my account unlocked and logged into the cashier to change my address to get a new PIN to cashout. Somehow my balance has gone to zero while I was locked out of my account! Statement is unavailable so I don't know where it's gone

Support call me and after explaining the problem I get told:

"Oh yes, your money is there, you just can't see it" :eek2:

Some helpful person adjusted the balance of my account to zero so I could change my address, and just forgot to tell me.

All sorted now, but definately a weird sentence.
