I have the following concerns about Suite 332 Casino:

1. Their live chat is always closed
2. They haven't responded to my support request placed on their website.
3. They haven't responded to emails I have sent them.
4. It took over a week for them to issue my match bonus.
5. They have some very large match bonuses at the moment (upto $500).

I am slightly concerned they have gone rogue and are trying to get as many deposits as possible before doing a runner with our money.

Has anyone sucessfully played and withdrawn from Suite 332 recently?

I have no first hand information about Suite 322 but the warning signs you've indicated all look red and sound like "STOP!" to me.

If you had posted this before you deposited I would have said "you'd be well advised to proceed with extreme caution" ... which is admin-speak for "I wouldn't".

Suite 332 casino, a licensed member of CWC Gaming (Est. 2001)...
I'm in direct contact with the top administration of CWC. Before you bail out on them, let me give CWC a heads up that there might be trouble in paradise. :D

It would also be helpful to address the concerns over software glitches and software randomness.

Software glitches include blank cards displaying in card games, rather than cards with assigned values. Software randomess concerns relate to an abnormally high frequency of players reporting results that are more than 3 SDs beyond the mean... primarily on the low end, but also on the high end.

I have some first hand experience on this and can only emphasize any cautions against this place.

I am 100% sure this casino is rigged. Of course they have live version, but the normal software based "virtual suite" is rigged for sure. I have a ton of proof in a form of player results.

Who in the heck is CWC Gambling group? What other casinos are a member? I thought they used "ThrillX" software or license. Which I've never seen on any other casinos either.

Any update on this?
Are they still safe to play with or not?

The word "still" infers they actually were safe to play at some point in time, which I don't think anyone here stated. I am not saying they are rigged, but I would never call them "safe" or "fair" either.

I would stay away from this casino at all costs. I can confirm as well that their live support never works. I told them this several times and nothing is done about it. They pick which emails to respond to and half the time I never hear anything back.

This is my situation. When they first started, I deposited, played and cashed out a small amount. I then became an affiliate for them and they did eventually pay that after a 3 or 4 month timeframe. I kept my account just to play casually ever now and again. I always played the live versions as its my favorite one to play. Always seem to win more playing against real dealers vs a computer.

Anyways, they all of a sudden closed my account. No email explaining why or anything of that nature. I only had around $65 in there but my login will not work, they will not answer my emails. I have pretty much given up on getting my money back because I guess they need it more than I do.

I believe this casino is in bad hands and needs to be rouged.

Anyone else have anything similar with this group?
