strangeness about RTG software with winpalace casino

Hello everyone!!
and sorry for my bad english

I just want to undestand why when i play at video slot fruit frenzy in winpalace it appears the 2 symbols pear in a row at reel 2 ( you can see the picture in attachment) , while when i play in another rtg casino , i usually play in alladin's gold or highnoon, these symbols never appears in a row .
No one symbol appears stacked in video slot fruit frenzy. If the software is the same by Real time gaming
why happens this?

Somewhere in the archives is a whole long thread dedicated to the '2 pear' on reels discussion.

From what I can remember if there are 2 pears showing up then the RTP is lower than if only 1 pear shows up.

Maybe somebody can point you to the thread or you can try and dig it up. LOL!

Ok , sorry, i have tried but not found before in the archive , so RTP is lower than 1 pear, mmmm

Not necessarily. I recall either Vinylweatherman or KK saying the 2-pear version is either 91% or 97% rtp. The single pear is 95%.

And absolutely no resolution/explanation/answer from RTG or the casinos by all accounts either?
