I have hung in there as long as I can.

I have deposited and deposited with little or no return. Now it seems that the casinos that I play at are having major payment issues. I don't know whether they are out of money or the gov. is eating them alive. Who knows because the casinos aren't talking. Which in my opinion, they should because player retention should be key. If you don't tell us what's going on, then we think the worst and leave in droves.

I am just plain tired of all the hassle.

Today I did something that I thougt I would never do, I uninstalled Club World and InetBet. It's been a good run but can't do it anymore.

I've said it over and over again....

ClubWorld are paying slower, the forum is littered with Slow Pay complaints. Their support is poor, communication from the cashier and thorough participation from the Rep is non - existent. Reasons for delays are vague and yet they continue to rake in the deposits.

They take 5 days to pay to Skrill EVEN if you are not in the US. The excuse of 'You should be aware there are delays for the US' doesn't suffice anymore as other Casinos serving the same people are getting their payments through FASTER. People in the US are getting paid faster at other Casinos than some people outside the US who play at ClubWorld.

I can't fault InetBet as much as I hate their Support. They have kept their noses clean for as far as I know for all players from the US and timely payments have always been on the menu.

I have never been a fan of RTG - Since MG is not an option, Playtech is OK for now.

Good Luck anniemac - Vote with your wallet!

Nate

i think the only way some casinos will sit up and listen is when enough people vote with there wallet and leave

sorry to hear of the troubles u having anniemac..hope it gets sorted for you

i dont think we appriciate how lucky we are here in the uk with the amount of casino options oopen to us

Been there, done that... didn't even get a lousey T-shirt. LOL

I hang out here, but playing online ... for USA players (at least for me) just isn't worth the hassle. And hasn't been for years. Gave it a shot during the Xmas/NY holidays and didn't do anything but blow money with no play time. If I'd won, I didn't even know how I would get paid. pfffft.... So I'm done till things get better - or not. Either way... my money stays in my pocket.

I do!

RTG has never been my favourite software - especially after I switched from being a card player to a slots player.
If I could ONLY play RTG slots I think I would chuck it all in too.
I know there are a few other options for Americans, but it still must really suck to not have the choices the rest of us have :(

Good luck Anniemac with whatever you do in the future.

ive never touched rtg or playtech.....read to many horror stories regarding rouge casinos..

im sure there are very good rtg and playtech casinos ive just never tried them

Oh, I'll still be around here and there but I'm not depositing anymore until/if things change for the better for US players.

For those players waiting on withdrawals, I sure hope you get paid soon.

It really is the most bizarre thing that online gambling is illegal in the States, I mean, land of the free and all that.....

Have to say that if I lived in the USA I just wouldn't bother with online casinos, too much hassle and too much worry.

I could not agree more... it really is much too difficult for US players - so much so that it makes it more anxiety producing than fun. Either you lose your money in 10 minutes flat or you never get paid (or like I'm going through, wait and wait and wait and wait to get paid, only to not get paid.)

Maybe things will change if people get fed up enough, and you're absolutely right, I just don't buy the whole "US is having problems" I did for a while but now I think they are just using it for an excuse to get away with shady practices.

I'm about "thiiiiiiiiiiiis" close to giving up on gambling online altogether too... it may just be worth it for me to take the 6 hour drive to the nearest casino every other month or so than having to deal with this stuff!

I respect everyone's opinion here, and i say that without reserve because I mean it. However, I have never had a hard time getting paid from any Book or casino I have requested a payout from. There has been a processing issue here and a lost check there, but nothing that has not been resolved rather quickly. As with anything, if you do something enough you will eventually run into a problem or two. As a USA player I have done A LOT of online gambling and the fun and payouts have far surpassed the hassles.

FWIW- This is my experience and I totally respect your experience Anniemac and anybody else who is fed up with their online gaming experience

ksb11,

In all actuality, I haven't had any problems getting paid either, however, my last cashout was in August so that's not much of a barometer for what is going on now.

I am doing this more for my own good because if I did have to wait and wait and wait, I would be a waltzing bitch and I just don't think I handle it nor could anyone around me. I have no patience anymore and simply do not want the hassle.

I will enjoy reading about everyone's wins and comisserate with those who are having problems with getting paid. Like, I said, I'll still be here. :D

I understand your frustration anniemac, with all the hassles at rtg's it seems to be just not worth it anymore. First the jackpot capital group increased the time that they take to process and now lots of complaints with clubworld group increasing cashout times too and one hand not knowing what the other is doing it seems. It's a rare thing for me to deposit at a rtg anymore and I don't see any positive reasons to change that. I'm pretty exclusive to 3D now. Can have some big swings there but the cs is tops and I know I will get paid quickly. No hassles and that is what we want and the way it should be.

im still hanging in there but i quit counting my losses as im afraid what the amount might actually be. but i if i keep reading about payment problems with accredited casinos then i may lay low for a bit myself. plus im tired of losing. rtg slots are so tight. seems the only one i can manage some playtime with is slotocash. i havent had a withdrawl so i cant say how prompt they would pay .

Oh boy I so hear ya Annie!

I hear ya Annie, Just unistalled Club World again. They just aren't the same any more. Got a few nice e-mails from them with my monthly free chip of 15 dollars, hit nothing. Then took them up on their 100% bonus, got nothing.224 spins on Enchanted Garden no features, biggest pay out was 6.60 USD. The "One Off Syndrome" is running so rampid with RTG that you can almost predict it on every spin.

Then I started reading another forum where someone posted a weekend special of "deposit as low as 20 get 100 dollars bonus. Playthrough is 1250 USD." Not to shabby really, then I get my promtions, well guess what I only got a 50 dollar bonus WITH THE SAME PLAYTHROUGH!!!! I have been a loyal customer to them, but now I am as loyal to them as they are to me.

One can not be really sure what the problem is with these withdrawals, because it seems everyone is getting a different answer. One person gets the answer "Processor problems", the other gets an answer "There is backlog from the Holiday" or whatever. It is just not worth it anymore. The silence from the reps, and not just ClubWorld speaks volumes LOUD AND CLEAR.

All I can say is that if it is not Club World themselves, then it is RTG, which in turn makes it Club World, because they are RTG. It is going to be interesting to see what is going to happen with RTG's casinos with the USA when gaming on line becomes legal. Only time will tell I guess.

I am still waiting on a tracking number for my last withdrawal from Club World on Thursday of last week. It is going to be interesting to see how long it takes.

I've also cut way back on depositing, and I think from here on out the only place I'm depositing is DesertNights/Sloto. I'm convinced their rtp is lower than others, but when you know you're going to get paid... it might be worth it in the long run. I have a pending w/d now, and anticipate that it'll be as quick as another recent poster had - withdrew on a Sunday, had money in his US account by Wednesday.

Honestly, though, their CS is great (including Georgina here, as well as their vip host, Stephen Vaughn), and I like the choice of RTG or rivals.

thinking about getting the hell out of dodge myself. deposits that last minutes...bat-shit crazy fees for a withdrawl (as if I ever found myself in a position to make one)... "processor" delays (processor my ass) its an excuse that we are willing to eat just to be able to play.

attention current US facing casinos!: watch out for the day that gambling is legal in the land of the (not so) free again.

myself and I'm sure countless thousands of others will be lined up at 32reds door, and you...well, you will have to get in line to kiss our asses goodbye.

i got the same issue but with slotastic and jackpot made over 5 deposits and one bonus round thats it .
getting bad out there, there definetely is a difference in each casino , you try and try and try to get something but it aint there after numerous depsoits not fun when you dont even get a bonus

WHAAAAAAAAATF? SLOTS HAVE BONUS ROUNDS?!

when did they start that?

I kinda remember them from back in the good old microgaming days, but haven't seen many since. :(

I've not touched RTG for a loooong time, but have been playing in JC lately...let me tell you, if RTG was my only choice, it would not even BE a choice.
How anyone manage to actually hit anything on those slots is beyond me.
I've officially played my last RTG slot ;) but then again, I DO have choices.
I feel for you guys.

I'm on a long losing streak too, although it's not as bad at RTG as it is with MG. And at least RTG throws a few free chips at you after losing your ass - I got a $6 bonus after reversing and losing a $500 withdrawal from MG. Talk about adding insult to injury.

Well my timeline for a withdrawal

Well my timeline is played on April 5th at Club World and withdrew on the 5th, it was approved on the April 6th. I requested a check (because I have read here they are faster)?

Today Monday April 16th I got an email saying the check should arrive by the 18th. My only concern is that it was also posted on the forum that a check bounced, and they are sending out a new one.

So even when and if you get your check you are not done worrying. I am great ful for my w/d have not had on since 2009, and I deposit weekly with Club World.

You got that right! I can't wait for that day for sure

If RTG was my only choice I would have quit long ago too, talk about tight slots! -_-

Some stupid part of me keeps depositing at RTG casinos every once in awhile chasing losses but it never works out.

Even parted some money at BuzzLuck casino and it is even worse!

My recent winnings have been at MG casinos especially those that can flush withdrawals.

Hope there are more of them out there :)

Which US accepted MG casinos are you playing?
Im completely done with RTG too. Not to whine, but at this point they are a complete ripoff for US customers at this point.
I made it a point to do a 'special' test run with a meager deposit of $100 at several very popular US RTG casinos this weekend.
I played with the specific intention of gauging the tightness and payout ratio of the slots.

And, my verdict:
1. Save your money.
2. Dont waste your time.
3. Just write your casino of choice a check. (it's quicker and simpler.)

If you are just playing for fun, then enjoy!
But, if you are playing for $$$, dont do it.

I am refraining from naming the specific casinos out of respect here. But, they are listed on another more appropriate thread on this site. It's a real shame when you play at certain casinos and they make it so that you are unable to EVER cash out.
