is there a rep on here for stan james at all as i have set a account up today but i have been out since i have had a email from security saying i have failed the age verfication but i put in my right date of birth

i know i need the i.d but i havent got a passport or drivers license will they be able to go through any more options me

I think your going to have difficulty playing anywhere online without ID. I suggest you get any account verified up front before you try to cash out and get a big fat denial because you cannot produce a valid ID.

psmith putting your right date of birth wont make you pass the age verification, when you sign up to all the uk bookmaker casino sites like stan james, William hill , Ladbrokes , coral etc. and live in uk they automatically do checks to verify players age through electoral roles credit agencies etc to verify players age which is why you normally never have to send id when cashing out, obviously there checks couldn't for whatever reason but itll be something easy to sort out. My first ever cashout with 32red failed as I had put a wrong letter in my postcode by mistake, they phoned me and sorted it out on phone and got withdrawal done without needing to send anything.

straingly enough i have a account with 32 red from a few ago but i forgot about it till i checked on live chat and they said my account doesnt need i,d

and i have never had a problem with sky vegas no i.d there either

and i dont really go on put my self on the electroral role either as i never votes as it my choice

yes i am 28 29 in may

i have no problems with sky or 32 red

if you entered a debit card it might have failed the age verification as debit cards are available to underage , like I said they all check different things to verify age from card to electoral roles to credit agencies and if they cant prove age from their checks they have to fail you , phone them and you can probably sort it out on phone

i send them a email asking what else they would take but they havent replyed

my debit isnt avaible to under 18s
