Resolved Stake7 tries to rob me

I have deposited 442 Euro in total at Stake 7 Casino ( Stake7.com / MGA/B2B/201/2011 ).
With my last deposit I was able to get a bit of my loses back.
After I sended in my documents they told me that I already had an account, I did not know this Casino is now operated by Everymatrix.
I had 410.32 Euro real balance left, now they just want to return a part of my last deposit (31.48 Euro)
I did not win anything in this casino and if I was not allowed to play there what gives them the right to take my other deposits?

Well did you have more than one account? Then it's probably covered in the T&C's.

For sure I had an account at another Everymatrix Casino. Nevertheless I know in such cases casinos won't pay any winnings what I still can't accept is the fact they want only to return a part of my last deposit. I had 410 Euro balance when they were asking for documents, and this is not a win, it's still less then I have deposited.

It has been a big misunderstanding due to wrong information given to me by the live chat support.

The 31 € "refund" have been added to my remaining balance which in sum equals my total deposits and this is what I now have been able to withdraw.

So Stake7 did nothing wrong acted very fair.
