Finally got the deposit 2.5 hours later. No apology or explanation as to why the delay (again).

When things work this is a good casino, decent selection of games, higher RTP, fast withdrawals, but if something goes wrong, customer support is dire. I'm sure live chat is bots with someone just adding the odd word when you go off script, and the result is always, without fail, 'passed to the relevant department'. Bit like the rep, comes on, does some promos, doesn't answer any support queries :(
 
Heads up to anyone thinking about making a deposit today for the comp - Netent are offline completely at the moment at Novibet.

Thanks for that mate, was going to depo following the remarkable cm comp win but following your deposit issues and now Netent down its not worth trying the comp for now.

With my comp luck lately, long may it continue, i think my one or two tickets may just do the job anyway.

Where do you withdraw too for the speed? I just withdraw back to my visa and its about 3 days ish....

What about Paypal? No fees and you'll withdraw to your bank far quicker than via skrill (last time i used Skrill the money would hit my bank in the morning, with PP it's instant)

No PayPal I'm afraid, I'll try out skrill and see what the timescales are like, thanks folks

I'm sorry but thats rubbish. 5 of my last 6 deposits have not been added and I've had to go to support to get it done.

With respect, what use is that to me? You have control over your back end, you can speak to the payment processor, I can't. You can find out the problem if you want. All you have done is lost me as a customer if you don't at least try to fix whatever is going wrong.

I also qualified for the 20 free spins from the Sunday calendar promotion, they weren't added.
Went to chat, he told me I had only wagered £48 on flowers, not the £50 required. Argued with me that the other slots I played weren't under the 'classic' tab, when I had it open and was looking at them, then he conceded he was wrong, and 'passed it to the relevant department'. Got an email saying I had qualified, saying it had been passed to the RD again, heard nothing since.

That isn't good customer service.
