There have been a lot of threads lately about the RTP, and I do think that the support staff should know what this is but it is kind of becoming apparent that this is not such a common term. Maybe as for the payout percentage or ask for your total amount wagered as you know how much you lost so you can work it out off of that. If that fails then ask if they can escalate your query through to the casino manager as that person should know.

I think the worst thing is that support in this case did not know what you were referring to but just dismissed your question as this is not something that they offer when clearly they can as all casinos have access to this information, or at least can get it.

Your idea of RTP is incorrect.

If you deposit $100 and lose it all, your RTP will NOT be ZERO (unless every single bet returns zero which is unlikely).

The RTP is based on your WAGERING and not your DEPOSITS. You can lose your $100 and have an RTP of 95%.

However, the CSR should be able to provide you with your personal RTP, even if it means they need to email you later. Saying that "we don't offer this" is just extremely poor service.

SIA.....time to educate your frontline staff about the BASICS of gambling. It is not good enough from an accredited casino IMO.

The way it's worded he thinks when his balance goes to 0, his RTP is 0%

After 200 spins (200 x $1 = $200) he has nothing left.

That is indeed a RTP of 0%

In other words, he pressed spin 200 times betting $1 and had nothing left AFTER the 200 spins. No more or less, which would be a RTP of 0%.
Of course, this is not what actually happened to him at this particular casino, it was a very basic example of RTP that he gave to the CS rep. And he's right.
