Sports Interaction Advice Needed

I really need advice here. After my documents were approved a month later from sending them (You can see the details in this thread: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/sports-interaction-documents-before-depositing.48247/ ), I deposited asking for the exclusive welcome bonus for CasinoMeister members. The bonus was not added automatically, so I had to contact customer service and Ross, the representative here. Ross added the bonus, but pointed out that there was an issue with the documents I had sent and that I needed to contact customer service. I contacted them yesterday, no reply yet. I don´t understand how they can approve documents and wait until I deposit, which was some days later to tell me there´s an issue. The bonus expires in 10 days. What I requested was that the bonus is removed until this issue is solved. Ross said it was impossible. I haven´t started playing. I see what´s coming: they will ask for another document ( I don´t know which one honestly because I have sent all and they were approved with my account being accepted). I will send the document right away. Next Friday, if I´m lucky, they will reply everything is ok, but by then I will only have a couple of days for playing the bonus. What do I do? Maybe this is personal because of the thread that I started a month ago. I am even considering asking for my deposit back. I need your advice please.
 
They approved your docs and now they are saying there is an issue with the docs. It seems they made a blunder so they should do everything they can to accomodate your wishes. Removing the bonus or returning your deposit should be done to appease you and I see no reason for them not to comply although the removal of the bonus thus allowing you to play immediately may cause problems when you cashout. Give the guy his deposit and stop hassling him SIA.

I just got a PM from Ross saying that my account has been cleared and that I´m ok to play. I am a bit hesitant to start playing though. If I ever cash out, could they bring this document issue back?
 
What does it mean bythe a/c is cleared and you are ok to play? You are freed of the wrs or that your docs are ok nand you can deposit and withdraw freely. I would ask them precisely what it means.

I can deposit and withdraw freely. I just wanted to thank Ross, the representative of the casino, for all his help and kindness. He replies to messages almost immediately.
