We were experiencing some technical issues over the weekend that resulted in some downtime. Apologies for the inconvenience; the issues have now been resolved and you will be able to register an account with us if you try once again.
 
I made deposit yesterday lost it all after that got £5 free bonus and made a withdraw of £550 from the game beowulf got paid within 12 hours thank you sporting bet.
 
well i 2 managed a 150 withdrawal from the $5 :) but what worries me is the slow costumer support, in more then one sense.
got a mail on 27th last month about a 50% bonus offer so i did a deposit bonus was never added, so i quit playing
sent a form to support, 2 hours later no response so i just carried on playing, actually made a little withdrawal,
but only 36 hours i got a response, and all that said was what games i was allowed to play with the bonus and how much the wagering was
with the bonus i never got :)
so i PM the rep and as of today 10 days later he didnt even reply.
i like the site and all that but if i get a mail with a bonus offer i will not take it as i cant be sure im gona get the bonus or not.

is their bonus only valid for NETENT games
 
Having read SB's terms etc. I would recommend NOT taking bonuses as the restrictions are too many and the system convoluted. They pay fast, so I'd go there if I fancy a quick play bonus/WR-free but the bonus system needs to be set up better, faster and more transparently.

The £100 Welcome bonus is playable on NetEnt games only - qualification and bonuses. Yes it is pre wager.

We also have a 3 tier bonus up to £1000 that can be claimed using the link below. Qualification on this can be on any game but the bonus is paid as a NetEnt bonus.

We understand the restrictions may be a little stringent - we have a new bonus tool being implemented soon that will let us offer more varied requirements. I am confident you will be more satisfied with the bonuses available when it is implemented.
 
Yes, MG have been removed - the games available differ dramatically from those softwares Bryan listed in the opener on this thread.
You have 300 Shields, a couple of others and the rest are Netbent. I also notice the lo-variance Twin Spin (some use for grinding WR out) and the potentially big-paying DoA are missing.
Sorry, but this IMO says a lot about the philosophy behind the casino part of the site.

Maybe the rep can enlighten us as to why??

Unfortunately, Microgaming is temporarily offline but should be re-launched in December. We do have a number of top top titles from other providers; such as Leprechauns Luck, Bejeweled 1&2 Amazon Wild (GTS). We also have Buffalo and Carnival Rio (Game Account).

Indeed they are, sorry. But when I clicked 'show all slots' and typed in the search for the 62 available they weren't there!
Odd.

Hi - i have been a member for a while but never knew this offer exisited - can i claim this?
 
Everytime I try to click on the link provided by CM in the first post or enter "sportingbet.com" into my browser, or even from google results which clearly are sportingbet the casino, I get automatically redirected to sportingbet.com.au an Australian Sportsbook "theres no better bet than a sportingbet" they're pretty well known here in Aus, but obviously this isn't the same outfit and certainly isn't a casino. Why the hell is it doing this? :confused:

Sportingbet in Australia is owned by William Hill. Unfortunately we are unable to take custom from Australia because of this.
