I only played slots.
And almost certainly only Starburst and Twin Spin knowing me. I'll contact support and ask, but I wagered more than my deposit that day and have been waiting since...

EDIT: Ronan M said he has emailed the bonus team to look into it, and I'll receive a reply in the next 24 hours.
I mean, I don't mind and all that, it's only £50. But I'm not going to make another deposit while I'm waiting 4 or 5 days for a simple reload bonus to apply. I don't even normally take bonuses.
And this is why

hmm i havent signed up and i will not if the reload bonus or the welcome bonus is not added within and hour.
if i deposit somewere and take a bonus or not its because i wanna play here and now, not in couple of days time :)

When I use Bryan's link to sportingbet I get page not found.
Also when I type www.sportingbet.com I get the same error.

I can get to www.sportingbet.com.au bet that is te site for australian players :p

Is it just me being stupid?

Edit: Must be because players from the Netherlands are not allowed...:(

I just went and it worked for me, so I asked in chat for you. No Netherlands sorry. :(

I created an account made a deposit and clicked on the reload. Got no bonus and tried to contact live support but couldn't get anybody. busted out quick so I am not too impressed. It's no biggie playing without a bonus. Guess what I am trying to say is I wish the site was easier to navigate bonus wise and getting help. Decent selection of games though:)

Hit my second ever 5 wilds in a line on DOA here on saturday, £1300 from a 90p stake, just a shame the fifth wild landed on the last spin.
Coincidentally on the night before, playing at euroslots, hit exactly the same, 5 wilds on 90p for £1300 with the final wild dropping on the last spin.
Been playing DOA for over 2 years and never had a win over 150x stake then twice in the matter of 24 hours!:D

Hi all,
Any issues you may experience with the sign up process can easily be solved by contacting our support team, who if need be, can also walk you through the sign up process. We offer support in various languages in several territories.

Lucky Regards,

Josh

Another day later. No contact. no bonus. No email. No nothing.
£50 is hardly the world, but it's the principal. I'm a daily depositor, but have not deposited since my first deposit last week because of this. I take my business elsewhere, where I'm valued more.

Hi Val,
I can assure you that all of my responses are typed individually and a lot of care goes into ensuring I help whenever possible.

If you could please email me directly with your account details or PM me, I will handle this tomorrow morning and update you without delay.

Thanks

Josh

With respect, tomorrow morning is not "without delay" when I'm clearly frustrated at having waited around 5 days so far.
Any decent casino worth their salt would've sorted this by now. If you can't credit a simple £50 bonus, how am I supposed to trust you with hundreds, maybe even thousands, in deposits over time?

Not remotely good enough.

PS - I might not even be due this bonus. I could've broken one of the T&C's. But nobody is even telling me that much

I've never played on the sportingbet casino personally but i've played on their sportsbook before. I wonder if sportingbet are as shady with their casino bonuses as with their sportsbook bonuses? They are (or at least used to be) renowned for stealing players bonus winnings when they feel their play was even slightly advantageous.

To be fair this is a good opportunity for all members. From what I can see the SB casino side of things is in its relative infantcy but has the advantage of an active rep who actually listens to suggestions and is very quick to solve any issues you may have. We are seeing a decline in the number of active reps postings and, bar the occasional issue with slow support, SB are eager make this BOF a success. To thos who are having issues with responses from support, bear in mind you can speak to (British) support via phone who can put things right straight away. How many of the smaller netent propositions offer that?

I remember when GUTS was starting out and we had the regular technical problems with their site, however Ben was very proactive on solving and putting right player issues, and look where they are today. I believe we have a similar rep in Josh, so should maybe hold back on the quick conclusions and give them a fair crack.

Thank you for wording it so well Toby. I feel that I have answered the above queries sufficiently so will be happy to answer any other questions. Or, as I have mentioned several times in the thread, please do supply me with any account information directly and I will be more than happy to investigate anything that is needed.

A good and lucky Wednesday to all.

Josh

If you think you may not be eligible for the bonus, why trash the casino about this? There is a right way and a wrong way to complain about something. This is the wrong way.

And the copy & paste dialogue on here is just as bad.

And when you dish out these sort of comments, it puts people off. Don't do it please.

WTH :what: Is this how you initiate a dialog between a casino rep and the forum membership here? The purpose of this thread is to critique and to give suggestions - not to accuse someone of being shady.

Don't wreck a perfectly good thread with insulting crap like this.

I'm not trashing the casino though, I'm just frustrated at a total lack of communication/information. After waiting around 4 days, I was told on chat by Ronan M that he had emailed the bonus team and I would hear word back within 24 hours. After this time had passed with absolutely no contact (it's been 41 hours since), Josh then told me here he could get back to me after yet another day.

As said previously, I'm a regular depositor and will deposit daily at a casino provided everything is in order. But when a simple £50 reload bonus goes missing, along with any clear communication, it hardly instills confidence.

I offer my apologies if it has seemed I'm trashing the casino, certainly not my intention (I'm just annoyed - and rightfully so, I think).

Valhalla,

Two points on this:

1) I have offered my support and requested your information, more than once, so that I may look into this. Until now, I can confirm that I still haven't received this so have been unable to offer any support or look into the issues you continue to claim you're experiencing.

2) You also referred to me not responded to you until first thing in the morning. As the rep for Sportingbet, unfortunately I will not be able to respond throughout the day and into the night, but as I think (as proven above), I am maintaining a regular response, daily.

Thanks

Josh

Update

This has now been sorted out to complete satisfaction by Josh, who was on the ball immediately after I contacted him directly.
He has stressed his own frustration at the length of time I've had to wait and assured me he will find out why that has been the case.

I wish to apologise to him here for my borderline angry posts, and say I'm very happy at how I have been treated. An excellent resolution from a great Rep.

Thanks Josh :)

Apologies if I came across insulting. There are a Old / Expired Link about the sports betting division of sportingbet not honoring bonuses despite players sticking to the advertised terms. I have been affected by this myself in the past, after taking part in an offer along the lines of 'place a bet on a first goal scorer and he scores twice then we will double your payout', the bets were settled as standard and i was not informed I was offer/bonus banned until I enquired. I was told (similarly to most complainants) that I had broken this term in the t&c:

"Sportingbet reserves the right to refuse a free bet/bonus to a customer where Sportingbet reasonably believes that such customer has historically or is abusing or defrauding the free bet/bonus system, for example but not limited to Fraud, Arbitrage and Matched Betting."

I have no problem with preventing fraud and legitimate abuse of a bonus system but the term is being used as a 'spirit of the bonus' clause by the sports book. In my case I had not even received the bonus, I mearly placed bets according to the terms they had advertised.

It concerns me that the casino side of the operation could decide to go the same way and enact similar clauses on customers, but its good to see they have an active presence on here and *so far* it seems like its all going smoothly.

This shouldn't be happening. Players should be told that they are not eligible for certain promotions beforehand, not have this information kept from them until after the fact. This would be "misleading advertising" if an offer is made to an ineligible player where said player was given no indication of them being ineligible.

I note that SportingOdds, the parent company, is down for a UK licence, so these complaints will soon start to come under UK laws.

The ONLY time it's considered permissible to withhold such information at the time is where fraud is involved, as in criminal fraud, not merely breaking a civil contract.

It's reasonable to judge the morals of a company by the actions of one of it's major subsidiaries, and take the view that another subsidiary might behave the same if the orders are coming from high enough.

Thank you for your input. Any suggestion or account that needs to be looked into, is and always will be looked into on a case-by-case basis. I wont comment overall for the sportsbook side of things as its best not to generalise but anyone from the sportsbook side of our operations that would like something investigated can also contact me directly and I will forward to this to someone on that side who will look into it.

Cheers,

Josh

I have just noticed that the "lucky 1 Spin" offer has been changed to 5 free spins, so looks like they do listen... haha. I like the way they have used the same graphic but just crossed out the 1 and put 5 lol.

Well just signed up and have made a withdrawal on my first deposit :) but when i asked live chat about Documents she didnt wont them?
i would get an email if so, i couldnt even pre verify myself, everything was good she said so here is hoping for a quick payout :)
