Spin Palace use MG's Viper client software - and just like ALL the other MG casinos, the casino itself has ZERO influence over how the game play or what they pay out.
I clearer definition of "I have not won nothing" might help others understand what exactly your complaint is.

Mind you, this will all be moot in a week's time, as ALL Microgaming casinos are leaving the Australian market anyway - you account will be closed (if you haven't already done that yourself!)

How about "i have not won fuck all"....does that make it clearer for you?. I was on the site playing a particular game and loosing rapidly then i opened an acoount under my girlfriends name for her and funny enough a new account started winning non stop on the same game for the first few days but then was the samde after and never won fuck all

OK, which game(s) were you playing?

The reason we are questioning why you say you haven't won anything, it that's virtually impossible.
OK, so maybe you didn't get enough wins or a big win to make a profit you could cash-out - but whatever game it was, you must have had SOME wins.
