Depositted for the first time and go the 100% EUR 150 first deposit bonus. Got lucky and won about EUR 1600. Played much more than the wagering requiremenst and then made a withdrawal of EUR 1400. Couple of hours later the phone rang and some one was calling from the Spin Palace and he went on reminfing me that it would take the weekend to process the withdrawal and there should be no problemsa at all. And he also reminded couple of times that I was able to reverse w/d my winnings.

The new week started and then I got the mail from the Casino that their random bonus game by discretion of casino management has triggered on my withdrawal and they have stolen everything above EUR 900. Yes they had right to do that as it is stated on their rule (@

value of 6 times your first deposit amount and any remaining balance will be forfeited. This clause will only be applied at the discretion of casino management. 
All progressive wins are exempt from this clause.

I would have understood that if I were a hit'n'run player but that is not the case. I would have lost the money back and most likely more than once or twice.

Just wanted to remind that they do have this funny little bonus game on withdrawals.

Just got an email form their rep and he confirmed that the instead as stated on the rules this rule is automatically applied to all withdrawals that exceed the 6 x first deposit.

The bonus game included in the withdrawal is actually reverse version. According to the rep the whole withdrawal may be allowed at the discretion of casino management at some unknown cases.

Latest addition to this was that the rep admitted on the email that the text on the rules might be a bit misleading. He promised to ask the appropriate department to correct the text on the terms. I won't be holding my breath while waiting for it to happend.

Why do you refer to it as "stole" if its in the terms? I am just not following the complaint if everything is being adhered too. I do understand how they quote the terms and it should just say it applys to all first deposits.

Other than that it is a helpful post for people to see that its only 6x your first deposit.
