You can enjoy the same slots in most other Microgaming casinos, and you could play at these for the next 50 weeks, funded by the regular payments from Spin palace.

Technically, the rule would not apply if you made up your deposits to an amount greater than 5x your withdrawal, but no doubt they will come up with other reasons for sticking to the limits, such as the later deposits not counting towards the current win amount, only to a future (and very unlikely) win of similar size.

You will also be bonus banned for winning so much as I was after getting 20K ahead after a big Munchkins 10K hit on multiple retriggering free spins. I was a VIP before the win, and quickly became a "nobody" after, although the entire 15K odd balance was paid out in one go, none of this 4K per week bullcrap.

Wow dude !!

Please make sure you don't play it back !!
If I was you I would uninstall, and not even consider playing anywhere, until I was paid in full.
The term sucks, but as long as they're paying each week, I would be a happy camper.

I would have loved to see some screenshots by the way...holy crap.

I havnet played anything since ive reached 237000 USD. and iam not going to either!

Well I have to say that $4K per week sounds pretty good to me too, but it seems a little low for a Microgaming casino, doesn't it? To be honest I've never really checked WD limits at the casinos I play. Mostly because I never win anyhow. ;) But I'm going to do that right now.

Congrats on the win though - too bad you hadn't won on a progressive, I think those are paid out in full. Although I could be wrong.

EDIT: I just looked at the Casinomeister Accredited list, and all the MG casinos are marked 'withdrawal limitation: NONE' - Including the Palace group casinos.

Can you but a link to that list please? dont know this site wery good yet...

4k per week is still a nice piece of change :) Wish I was paid that a week, It does suck, but it is in the T&C.

If I was you I would un-install the casino and wait to be paid it all, and if you want to play, then play somewhere that does not have this rule. There are a select few casinos that do not implement a max cashout rule.

Congrats on the win!! Enjoy it!!

Cant unistall the casino. i have to go in there every 3 day to make my withdraw again and again till its clean!

Good for you!

If you have a moment, do you think you could either blog how your session went - i.e., "so I made a deposit of $167; then this happened, then that happened; finally, I had $237000 US and cashed out!"

I realize you didn't get screenshots, but it's fun to read about how exciting the ride was from a little bit of money to a LOT of money - thanks!

Hey. I`ve just sent a mail to the casino asking if they have screenshoots stored on the database.

I can try to take you on a exiting tour the win.

My deposit was made , 1000 NOK (160 ich) dollar.
I played LOTR for 3 dollar pr game and won about 2oo dollar there, and changed to one of my favorits, Immortal Romance.
there i played an hour or two with 6 dollar pr spinn..

And then i took a brake to go to work and my bankroll was about 1100 dollars.
after that i keept on playing IM but raised the stakes a little bit to 15 USD pr spinn, and worked my way up to 9000 USD.
Remembering that i was wery happy with my win and braged with MMS to my other gambling friends.

Then later on i tryed the game Deck The Halls, i got 8 freespins with a 30 USD pr spinn, and hit reel 123 almost full with wilds and the picture of santa (if you know the game) in line number 4, and nothing on the 5 line!
I waited like 5 minuttes while the counter was counting up the win, then it suddely stoped and flashed 54000 USD price on that spin, and i just LOOLed out in the room!

After that i played alot of diffent slots,

Avalon, gave me a few good wins, 12000, 40000, i dont remenber all of them! Sick that i dont!
I played Thunderstruck 2, i think i took more than it gave me..

then i had a good win on IM again, got the Wild Desire bouns and hit wild on reel 1 3 5 with the vampire dud connecting on reel 2 and 4 , 15400 USD on that one!

Had a break for half a day.. had 150000 isc at this point!

Had sick bad run the evening after , losing down to 90000..

the i played burnig desire, got 5 x 7. og and a sick freespin with 5 retriggers, that gave 92000!

Played some poker, and pay gow. cashed there to!

And Boom there it was 237000 on the account! Sick! Sick! Sick!

Had a simular win before(not this big, but big), but that was in Euros, on another Casino, and they payed the hole amunt right away! That`s why i react when they said that i have to use months to get out my winnings! there is noe limit for have much i can deposit, but the other way around there is? i see that these are rules, and i understand that the policy is how it is! put damn!!

If the screenshoots is getable i`ll post them for you later!
But do i keep playing on the network knowing this? I really wish it was a little bit easyer!

Rex, what you can find yourself on the database (playcheck) looks like the second one instead of the first:

Instead of like this:

5scattersHoot.jpg

You can find this either under Playcheck, a green checkmark in the lobby, or under My account, view game history depending on the casino. Use the Print Screen button, then crtl-V to paste into into Paint or another program, and the thingie that looks like a paperclip to post in the forum.

Sounds like quite the ride.

Just an FYI to any newbs reading....this guy had some huge wins, but if he's happy to bet $50 a spin on slots, then he's probably still in the red overall, or soon will be.

Playing this way with $160 deposits is an almost certain way to lose your shirt. Yes, you could hit big like this guy, but you're more likely to get struck by lightning.

See your point. but i am actually on the good side of the Green field..

If you but in a 100 here and a 100 there you dont lose to much in long run! i usualy bet 1-3 dollar a spin! but tried to go big and got lucky!

Here's the link to the Casinomeister accredited casinos: https://www.casinomeister.com/accredited-casinos/

FYI, You can get there by clicking the 'Main site' link across the top menu here in the forum, and the accredited button (2nd down) on the menu there. Since you'll have lots of free time waiting for your cashout ;) go read some of the other stuff on the main site too - there's lots of info there.

I guess that page needs updating - I don't think Palace Group have always had these withdrawal limits.

As a webmaster myself with masses of data on my sites, I know that's it's impossible to keep everything up-to-date all the time - especially when the blooming casinos keep changing things without telling anyone!

I shot a message to Bryan already.

Are there other MG casinos with withdrawal limits now I wonder?

Thanks Palace

Got a new deal REP at palace.
and i am wery pleased with that.
Thanks to everybody for tips, and advice!

Good luck to all of you!
and thanks to Palace:)

.

Congratulations on your winnings

I personally find withdrawal restrictions in general quite unattractive. There are just too many other good casinos out there that simply don`t have any restrictions at all.

I took at look at their T&C and just wanted to mention (since OP`s case has been "resolved") that they also have a bonus abuse rule, which I find unacceptable for an accredited casino. This rule can be used to confiscate winnings (lack of good faith ):

In the event that Bayton Limited believes You are abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion, or You are likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gambling policy adopted by Bayton Limited , Bayton Limited may at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from You any bonus or promotion, or rescind any policy either temporarily or permanently, or terminate Your access to the Services and/or block Your account. In such circumstances, Bayton Limited shall be under no obligation to refund to You any funds that may be in Your accounts other than Your original deposit amounts.

Well done on an amazing streak - get in!

Seems like Spin Palace have done the right thing as well, kudos there, but its a shame they didn't just hit you with a big fat cheque in the first place, hand it over with a big smile and shake your hand!

One of the things about giving 32RED my exclusive Microgaming action is that, whilst it's highly unlikely I'd ever do something like this - if I did - I know it would be sorted as quickly as if I was withdrawing a tenner.

Love to see those screenshots if they are available and congrats again.

Now go buy something stupid and expensive :D

WTF are "Bayton Ltd"

What has this to do with Palace Group:confused:

There has been nothing about the SALE of Palace Group since they moved to Malta, and the most recent transaction was their winning the contract to manage the Betway group casinos and sportsbook.

It suggests the group was sold "on the quiet", and recent falls in standards, and new less player friendly terms, have been the result of this.

Please note that in these Terms and Conditions, 'You' or 'Your' or 'User' or 'Player' means any person who uses the Software on The Palace Group websites.

The Palace Group is a brand managed by Bayton Limited (C41970) a Maltese registered company whose address is Villa Seminia, 8, Sir Temi Zammit Avenue, Ta' Xbiex XBX1011, Malta.

All transactions between the Player and Bayton Limited take place in Malta where the principal servers are based. The Player’s gaming contract is with Bayton Limited. Bayton Limited is the company who provides the gaming services to the Player.

Unless otherwise stated, 'we' 'us' or 'our' refers collectively to Bayton Limited and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors

It seems that Bayton Ltd are the layer above what we know as "The Palace Group".

It does suggest that the brand was sold yet again recently to this Bayton Limited, but the "Palace Group" customer facing branding was retained for continuity.

Although the advertising is still "Palace Group", the "legalese" has to refer to "Bayton Limited", as this is the company with the gaming license and registration.

There are a couple of bingo rooms involved, in addition to the well known poker and casino side.

No mention of GNUF or Betway, who are now supplied with support and operational services by Palace Group (or Bayton Limited).

In the GNUF terms, it is a different company number, different address, and different license. The only connection is that promotions at Bayton brands are now identical to promotions at Betway brands, consistent with Palace group being contracted to run all these services.

In legal and licensing terms, the two are completely separate.

This withdrawal limitation would probably apply to all Bayton brands, and quite possibly to Betway and Prime, as both are managed by the same people, and probably adopt the same security procedures.

The big question is still WHY a player who gets lucky early on, but is fully verified, has to wait 50 weeks for such a large win, whereas a player of longer standing, or a short membership but high depositing high roller, would receive the withdrawal much faster.
