Sorry if I'm being dumb, but I can't find much about spin and win.

I would be interested in any experiences members here have of this casino, and as it is a casino I'm considering joining.

As per some of my previous posts I'm interested in withdrawal procedures if documents are definitely needed, as the casino FAQ seems to indicate they try to verify you automatically.

Thanks

I played there for a little while, but ended up only depositing several times due to 2 main issues I found with the site:

Instead of just processing withdrawals as quickly as possible they have a VIP system where you have to deposit more in order to be paid quicker. I think it started out at 36 hours waiting period then a further 24 hours to be paid.

The next problem was with their points system, the ~£1 return for every £75 spent was not in-line with their win percentages and I clocked my RTP at well under 85% even with these points included. They also require you to earn at least 1,000 points before you can convert them to £1. I never made it to 1,000 as I found myself frustrated with these issues to continue playing.

They do have a few games that I had not seen elsewhere before, one with Zebras on was fairly fun if I remember rightly but most of the games were fairly standard IGT stuff. They failed to really offer me anything outside the box.

Good luck if you decide to give it a whirl.

Thanks for the replies.

Just to make clear, I'm not dodgy or anything, but I never feel comfortable with providing my passport to online casinos, which is why I ask about the document verification.

Hi carlisleboy and everyone,

Thank your for your interest in Spin and Win.

Indeed as stated in our FAQ, we try as far as possible to provide players with as smooth a gaming experience they can wish for. This is the reason why, our verification is done via an automated system. Unfortunately this is not always successful and for this reason we do request for documents to be provided. Rest assured however that any player documentation is strictly restricted to the Security Department and disposed of once the checks have been completed.

We do understand that players might feel reluctant to provide their personal information but this is a requirement of our business as a gaming company in line with the KYC legislation. In your case carlisleboy, should you feel uneasy about providing your passport (if needed of course), please note that we accept ID documents or a Driver's license as well.

For more information about the documentation part of Spin and Win please refer to the following page:

Should you have any other queries about Spin and Win and its processes, please do not hesitate to ask.

I have to say that 36 to 24 hours to be paid either way is good compared to some casinos being 9-10 days no matter what form of withdrawal you ask for.

I agree, compared to some others it is acceptable. I just was not fond of the way they made this waiting period an 'unlockable extra'. They should process all withdrawals as fast as they can and not base it on deposit amounts IMO.

Well I took the plunge and deposited.
Broke even 100 in and 100 out.

On the cashier page it says status verified not sure if that means my PayPal account I used for depositing or my account overall.

As for the withdrawal process, it says winnings reversible for 36 hours. It then says it will be processed the next working day.

So I guess with PayPal it will mean it could take 5 or 6 days to be in my account.

An update on my experience so far.

I made a withdrawal on 3rd October as previously stated. Up until today, I received no emails from them to say my withdrawal was in process. Today I contact support to ask for an update and they said they will get back to me, which they have.

Apparently they have issues with accepting Paypal for deposits and withdrawals and my money needs to be put back into my account and withdrawn via another payment method. I have also made a further withdrawal, which will also be needed to be reversed back into my account.

I accept that problems can occur, but I can't believe they do not send emails to people to confirm a withdrawal has been made and is pending. No email about the paypal issue either. This is basic procedures surely and yes I check my spam, bulk email folders daily as well.

Compare with say Jackpotparty or Moneygaming, both of those sites, immediately email you when you make a withdrawal and in both cases I receive the money within 3 working days of withdrawing and in Moneygaming case it is even by cheque.

So at the moment, I am seriously considering closing down my account once the withdrawals has been process. That's a shame because I actually like the variety of slots, but sites like Jackpotparty and Moneygaming, show how things should be done.

The only plus point is that after contacting a live chat support, the promised email with an update was sent.

I'll update the thread once the money hits my bank account.

I'm a member of this casino, but haven't played there for a while now. My experience with the place was pretty good - Made several deposits and withdrawals, both via my bank debit card, and was not asked for documentation at any point, and to this day have still had nothing requested - so it seems they definitely do have an automated verification system, and if you're on the Electoral Roll, which by UK law you have to be, then these automated checks should go smoothly without any issues. I also hate that I NEVER received any emails when I requested a withdrawal, or when it was processed, but they were always processed within their given timeframe so no real problem there either. But sending a confirmation email would definitely help! Cannot comment on their support as I never had to contact them. So all in all, a very smooth ride when it came to playing at SpinandWin, but have to agree that they do not really offer anything outside the box, so slowly my play there did decrease, and its been a couple of month's now since I last played there. Nowadays I pretty much exclusively play at Mr Green ( NetEnt ), they have treated me better than any other casino I have joined so far - and until something changes, I will remain a loyal player there.

Thanks for the reply Zepher, it is nice to know that it is not just me who doesn't get emails to say withdrawals have been submitted and are being processed. I'm on the electoral role, so I guess that manual checks shouldn't be needed, as, as I have said before I like to be verified automatically.

I received a follow up email again, saying for me to submit the funds for withdrawal again.

The trouble is they haven't put the money back into my account for me to re-submit the withdrawal to them.

Beginning to be very much like pulling teeth very slowly.

Pleased to say I have now been paid out.

Will keep account open but will play more at Jackpot Party and Moneygaming as cashout is far far quicker.
