Morning all, came across this newly ukgc licensed casino yesterday that looks to be live, but also looks a bit odd. Thought it might be one dazzag would like to dig around...most of the games don't load, very few t&cs, uk license registered to some bloke's flat, and yet the site looks quite professional. Just amazed that the ukgc can give licenses to these kind of operators! What does everyone else make of it? Another oceanbets type gig?

Looks dodgy, won't load UK IPs but from what little you've said I suspect this is dodgy, I think I know who's behind it when you mention 'flat'....I'll update shortly.

Spacecasino is a scam site. I do know that some associates of this lot have got a UKGC license, like bcasino for example. Basically laundering profits from old unlicensed deposits and going 'legit'. Bcasino is associated with oceanbets which is one of the worst ever scam casinos.

It's not UKGC licensed from reading the page, it's a DIREX NV Cup-o-cocoa casino and is about as rogue as it's possible to get. AVOID LIKE THE CLAP!

I assume you're referring to the St.Albans bogus business address (a mailbox over an accountants office?)

Where did you see that it had a UKGC license? Direx NV scammers and space.casino scam do NOT have a UGC license!

Cheers Dazza, works for me strangely

I think there's some confusion here - there IS a rogue site space.casino.com (note the dot between space and casino!) and spacecasino (no dot! appears legit). This isn't unusual where scammers will use domains very similar to legit casinos. It could also explain why spacecasino is 'inactive' if they came along second and spotted a rogue casino with a similar name. Who knows?

Alos, your spacecasino has legit games whereas the dot version has Softswiss, who like Betsoft ain't too fussy to whom they supply slots too.

As for the 'flat' address it's a UKGC requirement that licensees have a UK business office or address, and operators get around it by using PO Box addresses, but in this case it could be the genuine domestic address of a license holder.

So you think this spacecasino.com is legit? Even with the missing t&cs?

Seems to be, but I think there's an error somewhere because the domain is not active according to the UKGC. In that case it shouldn't be accepting bets, just keep an eye on it and see where it all goes.

www-dot-spacecasino-dot-com - Neither UKGC nor Malta license as far as I could find out.

1. The links on their website to UKGC or MGA are not live, well, at least when I load the site. Operated by PNG Investment Limited. The results on Google won't bring up much except some connection to the Panama papers.
2. Not showing the owner of the security certificate
3. Games can't be played in fun mode without registration. Normally a sign for pirated games.
4. And showing different Malta registration numbers in the page footer and "About us" section:

I would stay away or better, run for the hills!

Not at the office today so not got all my usual stuff for an in depth look, but would stay well away from this operator.

The licencee and/or domain is not on the public or back-office database at either the MGA or UKGC (despite their respective logos showing in the footer) so it is not currently licensed nor pending. I have alerted the intelligence team in Malta and Birmingham to the claims shown.

More concerning is that they have used 'FREE' self-signed certification from the hosted server to provide SSL. This is not how you secure a site that deals with frequent, large transactions like online gambling.

I think there is a misunderstanding, I have an account in their UK site is UK URL and it’s legit! I asked the support, the .com URL site is new and for MGA license cover. I had no issues with playing at the Casino myself

Actually, I have been having some problems with SpaceCasino recently, deposited £20 and had my account closed and that was it. Management decision but no offer of refund of deposit. I have also heard they are connected to a Turkish casino that can be a bit rougeish since they are not bound by laws in turkey. I would avoid spacecasino and play in any of the many other casino available
