Not going to name the casino at the moment, but I recently made a withdrawal from a casino (not much less than £500) and received an email 4 days later asking for KYC and SOW documents.
I had previously verified my account and had also made withdrawals over the last 3 years. It's not an account I use on a regular basis and my lifetime deposits are approximately £1000 so it seems weird that any of this would trigger an SOW check, furthermore am I right in thinking they've had more than enough time to perform this check and are deliberately using this as a way to stall paying out.
They want fully unredacted documents, which I am not willing to provide. As it is a site I don't use regularly, I'm not bothered if it is closed. How should I approach them in order to get my mediocore winnings?
