What`s wrong with Unibet?

Since I did sign up at Unibet some years ago, I have NEVER received any bonusoffer or newsletter. And I have told Unibet that so many times, but they seem to not care about it..

The only who cares is the rep. of Unibet here at Casinomeister. He said I should change my e-mailadress and I did that, but I didn`t receive anything even I changed the e-mailadress..

Now I talked with the support and asked for a bonus, but the support said I have received many bonuses the last months.. WTF!

I don`t think Unibet is a great place to play anymore..

I signed up more recently, but receiving bonus offers would be of no use to me given that the banking function does not work. I just get "windows is unable to display this .........." when I launch banking. The suggested cause is that I "don't have a program installed that can read this file", which is utter Bollocks, since it is an embedded WEB PAGE, and this is the FIRST time EVER that I have seen this problem, and it is unique to Unibet.

Whether I want to play is irrelevant, I CANNOT!

Did you try to deposit from the main site and then transfer to the casino?

No, this is the "standalone Microgaming casino", which runs from a separate site altogether. The main Unibet site has a download casino using a different software, and another "instant play" casino.

Really, this should not be necessary, and if it were, there should be a PROPER message in the supplied banking option in the lobby, it is unprofessional to simply have it load a "null" page that triggers a completely irrelevant and unhelpful Windows "shell" error message that even the Microsoft knowledge base has no exact match for (except for an indication that it is a "shell" error generated locally, and not by the website itself).

Support have never replied to an email I sent regarding an earlier problem either, and I HAVE examined my spam folder in case it ended up there.

The download casino is the MG casino, instant is NetEnt. You just transfer to UnibetCasino if you want to play at the MG one.

It's not really an obvious solution though, since registration takes place from within the MGS download, rather than the Unibet main site. It is even advertised as "stand alone", which means it should operate as "stand alone", rather than requiring transactions to be done through the main site.

Whatever the mechanics of this, support should reply to an email asking for advice about a problem. Since they didn't, I didn't email them about this later banking issue. Depositing is something to do AFTER problems have been sorted out, NOT before.

Try thru their UK page...if the URL below doesn't work, just change the page to UK from the upper right corner.
