If you want to avoid the UKGC, you're basically down to crypto casinos then. Nearly all the offshore ones that accept cards are scams. You'll need a VPN, set it to Finland or Norway. The casinos don't care much where you are but some.game providers geo block.

Betfury Casino or Apes Casino are good and trustworthy. Stake is also great but heard reports of them KYC'ing new players.

Well they took all my favorite rival games off so basically I was just playing the scary rich games.I was winning really good on scary rich 1 and 2 so they took them off for me lol.Now I can only play scary rich 3.It doesn’t seem to pay as good as the first two but it does have huge potential on the free spins.3 scatters gives you 6 free spins,4 scatters gives you 66 free spins and 5 scatters will give you 666 free spins!I have only managed the 4 scatters twice so far but am going for the 5th lol

Some nice hits, is that dragon/doragon's gem game crazy high variance? Also nice 5 scatters on scary rich, especially when it specifically rewards you so well for that exact combo.

Kind of saddens me that every few years rival always seems to go back and nuke some of their best games so they don't pay out as well anymore though.

Yes the dragons gems game is high variance but you can get huge wins!I know rival discontinued like 75% of their games about a year ago.There was a ton of good paying games they got rid of.Same with rtg.When adobe flashplayer got discontinued.It’s a shame they didn’t bring most them back.

It probably depends on a case by case basis, you could try asking the casino. But if they take your play and decide later to screw you over, you likely have no recourse. I don't know where the original thread is but there was a case where someone decided to play from switzerland at inetbet, then inetbet decided afterwards that they didn't want to pay someone gambling from that country. Player did a PAB and conclusion was effectively that it sucks but the player should have known better. Not sure if the result would be different if you got explicit permission from the casino first.

Issue summary Player claims their country was added to list of restricted countries after their winnings were denied. Conclusion As it happens the player was not wrong. The casino had mistakenly omitted adding the player's country to the list of restricted countries. Trouble is it would be a violation of the player's country's laws for the casino to pay the player so there's not a lot to be done here. Case closed.

In any case, there aren't many USA-facing casinos actually worth playing if you have other options available to you.
