Pulsz is quite fun. As is Chumba Casino for Americans. They both give free cash every day for logging in. Winport looks sort of scammy to me, all games from a provider I have never even heard of really.
Otherwise as I've always stated if your in the states and playing it's a roll of the dice on whether your going to have any luck getting paid and whether the operator will continue playing on the nice side.

It's been a while since I cashed out, but as I recall, it takes only a few minutes. So not quite instant, but pretty fast. I can't recall about ID - I believe that it's just a basic email ID thing, nothing too intrusive. The crypto space is popular - they can refuse my business, but there are plenty of other crypto places that don't care, will take my bets.

I'd take a read on what slot game your not allowed to play though with a bonus. It's quite extensive, seems like this site would be better played without a bonus. Plus the vague terms saying make sure gambling is legal in your country, yet these countries can't claim bonuses seems weird. It's like we won't specifically list who we will and won't take for players, yet we'll list who can't get a bonus.
Plus I'm not a huge fan of being limited on cash out when you get things like cash back and all.
